I do understand..back then we really went through these episodes like nothing, nowadays you would have to pay me to watch anything that is 40+ episodes..
I do rewatch every year but I only watch their leads part because the 2CP took too much time and their story was angst coded like seriously..
But this two and the sister were the reason I rated it the way I did..It was my first Cdrama and I want as many people to watch it without having to go through that torture..
They will get together and when they do..it Wil be fireworks and very swoon worth

I should have read the reviews..you can sniff the fandom with their 10/10 and 9/10 and headlines that goes like "The Best cdrama of 2024" but I know the real views cos 3,4 are saying exactly what I picked on in just two episodes... Overproduction, petty FL,spiceless romance,SML who gets more screen time than the ML..(this is all over these two episodes) ..It's okay I was looking for at least one ZLH drama that I can watch to see what he is all about but I guess,I will just wait for "OverDo" unless you have a recommendation that is not The Best Thing or a xianxia ..Tough crowd tonight 😂

I still remember when this first dropped a couple of months ago, I only played the first few minutes of Episode 1 just to keep it on my radar. But the very first line was so absurd I had to screenshot it for my memory board. That’s when I knew: yep, I’m coming back once this is finished.

Then came the blind date scene. The guy actually said:
"It’s a miracle someone like you is still single. It’s like finding a bargain stock that was unutilised "

My mental chopsticks dropped at the exact same time as the FL’s face. That was my sign. Bingo..I need this drama in my life. I’ve been way too happy lately…😂

What’s changed since you last talked about it? Production is done, the money has moved, and other viewers are enjoying the drama. Why get worked up over a system you can’t change? Imagine if the tables were turned..if people nitpicked everything on your side. No show is ever perfect, but does that mean we should freak out every time someone says something we don’t like? Life is already hard enough without worrying about every little thing people do or say.
By the way,I live in an Arab country for almost 2 decades so am not a stranger to the politics but from what I know,you are taught tolerance.
