Can we just have life without throwing in politics
My dear, dont jump to conclusion that i dont know anything abut conflicts,If you knew me you would know that I come from a country where 6 million people died from war.The fact that only one conflict is spoken and shoved on our throats on every turn is really unfair thats why i said i would prefer to watch my show in peace. You wish it happened to me and ly loved ones? Sorry to dissapoint you but it already happened,I lost my grandmother to the war and many family member and friends and school mates and neighbors.I have been a refugee since i was 13 so my dear, come to my DM and ask me in person why i think so before going rogue on me
My profile pic is from the dog statue in "My Fated boy" must watch if you haven't seeing that you have 350 dramas under your belt 😂 I have shopping king Louie somewhere on my HiTv's to watch list,I love Seo In Guk so I will def watch it .finding a calming K-drama is rare am still puling my leg with "My liberation notes"
Couple different reasons seem to be prevalent:1. Some viewers simply didn't like the way the last episode went…
I just finished The last Empress and I can tell say that it might have been the biggest makjang of 2019…but it hooks you on and before you know it you have gone through 52 episodes of absolutely madness with a sprinkle of crack and steroids 😆
The following is based on personal opinion of 4 episodes that I managed to watch:
After watchin 52 episodes of The last Empress,a drama which was on crack to say the least. I wanted something extremely calming and where else can you get that except in Japan. I remembered I had this on my PWL so I pressed play knowing that I was one of the few people who didnt actually mind the Korean version..See I have no issue with red flags that are redeemed.
Moving on,I watched Ep 1-3,and went straight to the last episode.Maybe because I knew all the angst and frustration that was coming but also I was missing that camaraderie and group love that was in the K-drama version.Ruysei Yokohama's Aura overpowered the rest of the cast,It felt like there was a disconnect between him and the rest.He is extremely talented and is good with heavy roles so probably he was overqualified for the roles or maybe I have watched way too many dramas that I cringed every time he looked into the FL's soul..A scene that was over used to be honest.
Overall,I think the other one was better in terms of screenplay and cast.I love Ryysei but lets just say this wasnt for me
don't take into consideration the dropping in ratings!! it was only for a misunderstanding happened in a short…
Rarely I take rating into consideration,it's ok to read reviews but when they are mixed,I watch and judge for myself.. I just know that that rating was off, thank you for explaining why.. I will definitely watch later,I need to clear my overgrown playlist first
How is this thing rated this low on here, the way it was hyped up Havent watched it but from the views data, seems like it was a good drama Watching dramas with this generation is a pain in the heart..Let me stay with the oldies I will wait for at least 2 years when they are obssessed with something else
This is my personal opinion,I came to the Trunk looking for mature romance and mature acting and thats what I got and am satisfied with this and they added a pinch of good visuals and perfect production.I you are a a fan of hardcore mysteries and dark psychotic tropes, maybe check something else
Very rare that I watch Variety shows but am glad I pressed play..2 of my favorites actors Ji Chang Wook and Park Bo Gum in one frame..What else can I ask for? I haven't laughed this much in awhile..and watching at the beginning of 2025 is a bonus..This is definitely a 10.0
