You know what they say about curiosity, right? Even though I'm happy, they realized they liked each other so early. It also means there would be lots of heartbreaks on their way. I don't really like short-lived happiness of any kind😒😒😒

I think Zijing is falling in love slowly but surely. Like his man said, he's changed since he met her. First, he said he knew who she was from the beginning. You can now tell things have changed for him because he is awkward around her. Not the intimate look he was giving her when she joined him to drink when he found out his sister was dead. But did his sister really die, or was Yue messing with him? Because the Cui guy that killed himself said his sister was still alive. How did he (Cui) know his sister or her whereabouts?

I think she was enslaved by the Cui family. If not, why did she give her newborn child to others and not bring her along with her? At the end of the day, the Cui raided the village the lived and brought the people to work for them. Lady Eight was shocked when the little girl that came with the group of people said her name was Duanwu. She also died saving her daughter; perhaps that would count for something.

Even though the first episode could be better, I loved after watching the personalities of the leads. It's like a blazing fire and a very calm body of water. Looking at the lives of the leads, I'm excited to see how they would influence one another. I'm yet to complete episode one at the moment, but I'm looking forward to it.
