I've really been looking forward to this one, but China's recent ban on South Korean Entertainment/Actors has me wondering if it's going to be yanked. :(
I really liked this drama although I'm not 100% happy on the ending. What was the situation between Ra On…
Same here. I'm so glad it had a happy ending (I was starting to get a bit scared of a sad/tragic ending during the last few episodes), but I'm also a bit irritated and disappointed about the ambiguity of what their relationship will be in the future. Honestly, the way they did it makes me feel like he'll marry someone else to be the Queen, and just keep Ra On as a mistress... :(
Vampire Host was among the first Japanese dramas I ever watched. It was silly, cheesy and ridiculous, but oh so entertaining... and I just loved the male lead. I always looked forward to his overly dramatic "transformations". Just thinking about it, all these years later, still makes me grin. I'm really sad to see such a low rating for it here at MDL, but on the other hand I do understand why. It's definitely one of those "you'll either love it or hate it" dramas.
I really wish someone will kill Yeon Hwa before this show ends. She's a total bitch just like Yo and Queen…
Ditto that. I really, really hope that nasty, evil bitch dies slowly and painfully... preferably sometime *very* soon, and *after* getting her teeth knocked out. I can't stand that fake, horrible smile she always has on her face...
I laughed my ass off when Wang Yo told Yeon Hwa he was going to send her to Khitan. Hahahahaha! It's called karma, biotch! :D :D
EDIT: Urgh! I posted that before I'd finished the episode. She's starting to remind me of a cockroach... she'll find a way to survive until the universe implodes. :(
I see a similarity between the Crown Prince in Moon Lovers and the King in Love in the Moonlight....both are being…
In "Love in the Moonlight" the King's extreme paranoia seems like it *might* be related to mental illness (there was an awful lot of inbreeding going on back in those days).
In "Scarlet Heart Ryeo" Mu's paranoia, chills, hallucinations, and blood vomiting were a result of the mercury poisoning.
Silly of me but during that boat scene, I wanted Hae Soo to fall off the boat and go back to the modern time in…
It's not just you... One of the main things that drew me to this drama was the time-travel (it's one of my most favourite subgenres), but it's very downplayed, unfortunately, and it feels like just a regular historical for the most part. Overall, I'm still loving it, but I have to admit that I do find that aspect a bit disappointing. :(
I was also thinking about Hae Soo falling into the water when they were out in the rowboat! I pictured her tumbling over the side, Wang So reaching over to pull her back in but getting pulled over instead... and then the two of them (hands clasped) getting sucked down and transported back to the modern day together. It would be so nice if the two of them could escape from all the horrible crap that's going on right now. :P
Does anyone know where to find this, other than Alwaysmeena? The video files from there are full of glitches, mostly just annoying 1-2 second freezes, but there's also some spots where the video jumps back to the beginning (or even forward). So far, I've managed to keep watching by dragging the progress bar just past those bad spots, but now I'm stuck on Episode 6. I can't watch the last 10 mins or so because there's no video or subtitles... just audio. :(
I'm really enjoying this drama so far, and I'm dying to continue it, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere else... :(
Is this from China? I'm asking as I know all their BL ALWAYS ends with a tragic outcome - so not sure if…
Yes, this one's from (mainland) China. If you slide back up to the top of the page, to the right of the image/synopsis is an info box titled "Details". That section will always have the country of origin for whichever title you're viewing. :)
