May, thanks for the info. :) But is August 15th the "official" ending I wonder, or just when Viki plans to upload the finale? If it's going to be 4 episodes per week until the finale, then it would officially end on August 8th.
Oh well, regardless... for me it'll just be a matter of when Viki has it fully uploaded and subbed, because I can't watch without subtitles. :P
Hmmm... You're right. I'm not really sure what's going on with the air dates and number of episodes released. From some of the previous comments here, it looks like 8 were released the first week, and then 4 the following. To finish on the 25th they would have to release 12 episodes, which doesn't seem likely. Although, it's a web drama, so maybe it's possible... I've been trying to Google for some info on that but haven't been able to find anything. :(
viki has it subbed now s1 and s2 both licensed 100% subbed
The majority of season 1 episodes are showing as not fully subbed, or not subbed at all. Is this a glitch/error on the page?
Reason I'm wondering is because I was watching an episode from another show last night that was showing as only 6% subbed, but there were actually subs for more like 80-90% of the episode...
I'm enjoying this one so much! I sat down last night intending to watch just 1 or 2 episodes, so I could get an idea of what it's like and if I'll be putting it on my PTW list (to marathon when it's finished and fully subbed). I ended up watching 6 instead... and crawling into bed at 4 in the morning. Ugh! LOL! :P
Thank you so much to the team that's subbing it on Viki! Your time and effort is very much appreciated! :)
Asian Crush has this now, with proper English subs: https://www.asiancrush.com/movie/love-clinic/ Asian Crush…
I tried the link a couple days ago and couldn't get it to play either. And on Roku it was showing as subscription only (previously it was free). But last night it was showing on Roku as free again, and it's playing fine on the website now. So give it a try again, and if it plays, I'd recommend watching ASAP in case they switch it back to subscription-only again.
Of the 4 episodes that have aired so far, episode 3 is the only one I've really enjoyed. I'll most likely stick with it for a few more before deciding whether to drop it or not... Here's hoping that it picks up and (consistently) improves in future episodes. *crosses fingers*
Currently on episode 13. I'm not loving it as much as I'd hoped I would (some parts are good, some are…
Yeah, the stuff from the charity bin (and such), that's supposed to make her look like a hobo, can definitely be excused. Those outfits amused me (in a good way). But the majority of the others were a huge cringe for me. If anyone's interested, here's an article that shows screencaps + fashion photos of her wardrobe from the show: http://www.bestchinanews.com/Fashion/11363.html
Oh wow. What an amazing drama! I loved every second of it. And that ending... I'm totally drained from bawling through the entire last episode. :P 10/10 from me. :)
Currently on episode 13. I'm not loving it as much as I'd hoped I would (some parts are good, some are a bit boring/draggy), but overall I'm enjoying more than not. 8/10 from me, so far. :)
However, I'm completely baffled by the majority of the wardrobe choices for Jun Ji Hyun. IMO, they're:
A) Colour-clashing / pattern-clashing
B) Ill-fitting / excessively baggy
C) Frumpy
D) Generally ugly / unflattering
E) Some combination of the above
Normally, wardrobe choices (be they attractive, edgy, ugly, strange, etc.) in dramas don't really matter to me. But in this drama I'm finding it very distracting, albeit also a bit amusing... wondering what kind of abomination she'll be wearing in the next scene. LOL! :P
I've watched the first 2 episodes so far, and I have to agree with those who feel it's off to a slow start. There were some parts I enjoyed, but quite a few that I felt were boring and dragged out just a little bit too long. Also, some of the character interactions/reactions seemed a bit "off" and unrealistic to me. But I'm not giving up on it just yet! I love a good fantasy, and the story/synopsis has me completely intrigued...and hoping like hell that it picks up a bit in the next episode. *crosses fingers* :)

Something's wrong with this on their website (there's audio but no video), but it plays fine on the TV (via Roku).
If you have Roku, you can also watch it on your TV.

On a more serious note... the synopsis is intriguing. I'm looking forward to it! :)
