WOW JUST WOW. I have so much things to say about Kim Youjung's acting. No amount of praises can be enough to to be given for her performance! She's portraying a sociopath to perfection. Award worthy acting. Can't wait for the next episodes!
The sibling duo?? FIRE. I love them sm. Everything about this drama is perfect so far. I didn’t read the webtoon but I’m eating this adaptation up. Totally intrigued to read it tho.
The first 5 episodes I enjoyed, everything after that was just ok. Seonhwa was very unlikable, but also the character I wanted to learn more about. Like we see her secretly go to this fortune telling place after she separates with Byeongtae, and I'm wondering if that has anything to do with her bad personality. If we just knew more about her personal life, maybe her character could've been more liked.
Overall this drama needed more episodes, good but not great.
Oh god the ex pisses me off!! Can we get the White Truck of Doom special for him, his mom, and the uncle? All of them take up so much unnecessary screen time 😵💫
The type of drama that I needed right now. It’s cute and fluffy with pretty good comedy to go along with it. I absolutely adore this cast, so many faces that I like.
When the second lead couple is way better and interesting than the main couple. I love Song Hyekyo and Song Joongki, but they just had no chemistry. No clear plot and the writing was messy. No wonder it took me over a year to finish it, I had to basically force myself too. Not a must watch like what everyone says, it's above average at best 7/10
This drama is a rare example of the narrative progressing too quickly for me. If it had been produced in the traditional 16-episode format, it would have given the premise more room to breathe and we would have spent more time with Bu Semi the kindergarten teacher, her adorable students, her comical entanglement in small-town drama, her romance, etc.
The problem with this drama is that everyone is made out to be a good guy. They hold back their feelings but it just seems that it causes more misunderstandings. Even when the girls confess their mutual love interest at the end of episode 9, it feels so flat and out of character.
I feel so bad for Jonghui though. She is just an outcast everywhere and doesn't feel like she belongs anywhere. Her adopted mom just wants a doll that would play the role of her deceased daughter.
I'm glad they finally decided to be honest with each other, but I really didn't like that ending at all... if this friendship falls apart because of a guy, I've got a few choice of words for the writers!!!
Both Choi Wooshik and Jung Somin are doing great! I like that they complement each others energy on screen and both have impeccable comedic timing. Not a fan of the yet another childhood connection and parents death trauma as a child trope. But everything else seems good so far.
This has potential to be my favourite Kdrama of the year if everything goes well. The 1st episode was really good. I love the cast for this one too, especially Wooshik and Somin.
Just finished and this could've been a lot better story wise. The pacing was alright and the comedy was good. While I stayed for Suzy, I also loved the mystical beast (Sade & Irem), but sadly they didn't get that much screen time.
Anyways, I hope Jonghui moves on from Jae Pil and goes with Yeong Sik instead. He's a literal green flag and they're perfect for each other imo. Everything feels natural when it comes to their interactions.
Yeong Bae and Seri are a classic teen couple in the making. Yeong Bae the quiet kid who’s been secretly crushing on her all these years, Seri the energetic chatterbox who’s fully unaware of his feelings.
I am really enjoying how this drama is developing and finally I see the chemistry between Jae Pil and Yeong Rye but I’m cautious, I don’t want to see Yeong Rye get hurt. She consistently puts everyone’s needs above her own and deserves someone who truly loves her and is committed to her not just because she’s the one in front of him.
Overall this drama needed more episodes, good but not great.
