This was such a huge disappointment for me, sadly. It was such a cool concept at first and I had high expectations after the first 5 episodes and then it went completely downhill. The acting was also quite lackluster (apart from Jane and Gun, they did exceptionally well, their episodes were the best), it seemed like the actors themselves didn't even know where their characters were going (which also seems to be the case in season 2 based on the few scenes I saw). At the end, I just ended up rooting for the villains. 6/10 for the music, director's character and some interesting episodes (episodes 1-5, 8,13).
I subbed this! Sorry about any mistakes! For raws and subs, check my blog. I am posting the hardsub below in case…

Ahh, I can't wait!! There are so very few fantasy jdramas with a nature setting, so this looks so dreamy already. I am not a fan of Mackenyu, but I'll give him a chance here.
Such a wild drama (as expected from a Tokai drama ahah). Would love to sub it one day, hopefully it'll get jp captions one day. Some unforgettable scenes for sure. The OST is available on Spotify and Apple Music btw!
Jun was an amazing Kindaichi. I really enjoyed this one, especially the butterfly episodes and the final segment. Though the culprits can be easy to guess sometimes, they have made it really enjoyable, mostly because the episodes are not overwhelming and they are quite nice to follow. The writing is also very solid (except one episode) and the villains don't usually confess immediately, making this even better. Btw, Jun looked so cute on the Blu-ray extras! He also had very good chemistry with his co-stars. It's a shame we didn't get another season or special to this because it would have been so interesting considering the events of the finale. As always with Kindaichi series, the OST was 10/10. I'll miss it, it was quite unique. I prefer the more serious tone, so it was excellent for me.
The title is absolutely fitting because nothing happens in this drama, it's 90% dialogue with sex themed humour mostly. This drama wasn't for me, I should have dropped it at episode 1, but I honestly wanted to see if any of the characters would die so I kept it running in the background while doing other stuff. It's been a long since I have been so disappointed with a drama, I don't think I laughed or smiled even once while watching this. The characters were despicable and by the end of the drama, I wanted them all to die horribly. If you enjoy this type of humour, good for you, I'm just posting this to warn other users. Sorry to be overly negative, I truly do hope people enjoy watching it because the actors did well + the production wasn't bad either.
Ah yes, you are completely right! There's a strange error, it's probably because of dailymotion changes with regards to sharing. Anyway, I updated the links, you can try playing them now! Thank you for telling me.
