This is such a sweet and emotional drama! It made me cry several times, especially towards the end. I don't know why I took so long to start it. It was such a fun watch. 9.5/10
I really loved this one! It's my fave from Wabi Sabi now. I think it's because of the sheer amount of craziness and drama that it grew on me. I also have a soft spot for fantasy content, so I think that's one of the reasons. The cinematography was very impressive in a lot of scenes, especially the beautiful beach scenes. This series is definitely not for everyone, but if you enjoy very dramatic sequences and music, you'll love it. The chemistry of the main leads was very thrilling and I would watch anything with them XD Sure, the writing wasn't the best sometimes, but a lot happened in each episode, so it was never boring for me. Now I will just go wait forever until the dramatic instrumental OST gets released (which is never going to happen as always).
When I first started this, I thought it was going to be yet another tropey BL (it does have a lot of BL tropes), but I was very wrong. It turned out to be really sweet with so many emotional scenes and I found myself tearing up a lot. You can also view this as more of a story of acceptance and friendship rather than a romantic love story. The OST was very sweet and moving. The first two episodes are not very good, so please stick around and give this series a chance. Thank you Taiwan for this very important series. 9/10
Fun drama. It highlights some very important societal issues and Sana's character was just the best. This is probably not a drama for everyone due to the humor of the main characters and unrealistic scenes, but it was a very goofy experience regardless. The fight scenes were kinda epic, the main lead flows like water. 8/10
Bless the subbing team that did this!! Episode 3 was truly cursed, I recommend skipping that one. I found myself really enjoying this after some episodes, the first episodes were fun as well, but the later episodes were deeper and more meaningful. The actors did well, especially Bruce Hung and Aggie Hsieh. Aggie's character was the best and I would love to watch a spinoff with her. Also Evan Ma was just pure cuteness. The OST is very fun and sweet (I linked it below)! 8/10
They don't make dramas like this anymore XD I only watched for the bromances and skipped a lot. Nurse Yoo Mi Ae was an absolutely legendary character and the only female character that actually mattered in the drama because most of the female characters were so insignificant. The only other female character who stood out was the witch mother who wouldn't shut up any scene she was in. I still can't believe they killed some of the characters in the finale, while the characters that should have died didn't :( Dong Cheol was so sweet and carried this drama. We need a bromance cut of this drama!! I will dream of HYUNG being screamed repeatedly. Drinking game for you: Take a drink every time someone gets slapped, a child gets abandoned, bad English is spoken, English names of characters are mentioned, dramatic music starts playing, female characters start randomly screaming, a character gets killed or starts crying, someone gets injured and hyung is said by someone. Good luck with this drama, I don't recommend alcohol though XD You will die.
This is a very depressing and dark drama for most of its run. I wasn't very impressed with the pacing of the first six episodes, but the last two episodes were such a satisfying and emotional ending to the drama, so they made the journey worth it. The female characters absolutely stole the show and I really felt for them. The police was quite despicable in some parts (not what I would expect from Taiwanese police). I really enjoyed the ending and how it all came together. There were some really important messages throughout. 8/10

What an amazing movie. It was so heart-warming and well-done. I wish it was longer, I would have gladly watched more stories like these. The homophobia isn't a major depressing focus like in some other movies. They managed to make me really care about the characters in so little time, the director did an extremely good job. The actors are also very lovely people in real life. Definitely one of hidden gems on Gagaoolala.
I started this drama because I read that there's not much romance and there's an environmental aspect. Sadly, it was mostly romance-driven plot with very minor environmental messages (the characters did almost nothing for the environment). Instead of actually trying to solve issues at their root, the love story took priority even when the characters basically knew what the problems are (FL went on with her life like the issues are nothing). For me, this drama kinda begins with episode 8. Episodes 1-7 were mostly romance, FL and her personal dramas. She ranges between the most annoying character (just like her work colleagues) and the most caring (usually in a selfish manner) person. I did not care much about her character, but the actress did exceptionally well (especially her chanting, that was so beautiful!). Episode 11 was incredibly mind-blowing, so that was definitely one of my faves. The parts of the drama related to the mythology, nature and tribal habits were amazing. The cinematography, special effects and nature shots were absolutely incredible, so many gorgeous scenes! The OST (both instrumental and non-instrumental) was so special, I wish they released the instrumental one because it was so memorable. There were some very sweet and unforgettable moments, but yeah, the female lead is kinda unbearable and slow sometimes and ruins the experience. My favourite characters were Banai, Toem and Fali. I think this would have been better with more focus on the mythology and other side characters; there was too much romance filler. Still, I can't rate it any lower than 7.5/10 because of the amazing production.
I will miss this series! Bless everyone who worked on this because I have never seen such an amazing production before, just the amount of effort that went into nailing some of the scenes is insane (like Billy's basketball shots XD). It quickly became one of my favourites because it always managed to make me smile and I kept looking forward to Fridays. There's so much rewatch potential just to see how the other actors behave in the background, they really did so well! The cast was so comfortable and their BTS/reaction scenes are so fun to watch. I really want to see some of the deleted scenes that I managed to spot, like the scenes with Touch on their trip. Not Me and SCOY really delivered this year when it comes to LGBT representation and advocacy.
Finally this abomination is over. You could probably write essays with all the comments detailing everything that is wrong with this series. I will never watch anything by Aoftion or Mandee ever again. There wasn't a single character that I connected with (was there even a single normal character?), the emotional scenes were hollow (I don't think just NuNew's acting is to blame) and somehow they made the actors look even worse than they actually are. The best part of the series is the BTS at the end, that felt more real than the whole series. To be honest, I was secretly hoping most of the characters would perish in a bomb attack in the finale, but alas. The actors must have been so uncomfortable and bored when shooting most of the series (kinda clear from their episode reactions).
This is such a sweet series! Sure, it had its faults (like the chaos of episode 5, some unnecessary dramas that got resolved fairly quickly, some questionable scenes and bad sound effects), but in my case the positive overshadowed the bad. The couples are extremely cute and the cast (which is just gorgeous btw) did a really good job. I loved most of the characters, they were so sweet and caring (Mayom was the highlight). Definitely recommended if you need something light and cute, with amazing chemistry and without a focus on skinship. Also the OST is really fun and memorable.
If you look closely in episode 11 part 3, the call runtime doesn't match up at all. Just another reason why this series is garbage. I wonder if these characters live in a time loop, that would explain their behavior and no character development.
The writing is really bad, but then again if it wasn't, most of the people wouldn't get killed so easily. There were some things left unexplained as well. It's quite fast-paced at times. I will continue to watch for Micchi like most people and also for the dramatic scenes XD
The concept of the love was disturbing from the start and the first half of the series is very skippable. The early toxicity kinda ruined it for me. There are a lot of things that make no sense, so turn off your brain when watching. It definitely had some positive moments, though.
