Title The Story of Ming Lan Spoiler
So... I am gonna watch this, but I will always bear in my heart that this synopsis greatly deviates from the novel, cuz Minglan is the most peace-loving kid in the novel, she does not want to avenge her mom, and she is very loved by her Grandma, and her dad shows her affection sometimes as does the Eldest Sister - who basically saves her life when she takes charge of Minglan's health issues - before she marries and leaves. So I think I will treat this drama as something completely apart from the novel,

I will be honest and tell you that I agree that first I love Yang Yang, but I do think that Zheng Shuang is not at all a good match for him, all the romantic scenes where always kinda of spoiled by her stiffness,if Yang Yang was kissing me I would be jumping him no matter how shy I was!!! And I say that I like this drama, because I like the novel and the slight danmei (yaoi) content it has, it satisfies both my honey desire and my fujoshi desire.
P.S.: I get pissed off by the chauvinist/sexist stuff in the dialogue even when Yang Yang says it, I know it is a reality in China - that people are way more sexist there than in the ocident, but it still pisees me off.
