Women don't usually have great roles in BL. They're usually scorned/jealous wannabe girlfriends, who can't catch a clue. Always running after men who prefer dick. Same storyline .

I'm talking about production quality - acting, directing and editing. Those 3 things work together to make a series good and above. KP is superior in all 3 areas.

I hated Dark Blue and Moonlight too, not because of the cheating, but because the partners who were cheated on didn't get their own happy endings, especially Ping Jun. He definitely didn't deserve what he got, and when he cried during the last scenes, I cried too. I thought he was more handsome than Yan Fei, and a sweet, kind and considerate lover.

That sex scene was a complete waste. It was so "stiff", nothing like sex should be, with so much tension and longing. Nine doing all that thrusting, and Daonuea just motionless underneath. That's what "Uncut" gets you.
The music sounded like something from a "Godzilla" movie...you know when Godzilla rises out of the water, ready to flatten/fire up the city? Yeah. Totally destroyed the mood that was barely there.
I hate that editing technique where they slow/speed up the action for a second - like when they flip positions. Smh. What is that?

There will always be somebody who doesn't like a role or your acting in a particular series. "Everybody please only say good things" isn't reality.
People hating a character is expected, if the character is not likeable. That means the actor has done their job.
Finally, I don't think they live for every word on social media. That's not even healthy. They're busy building their careers. They can't afford to take to heart everything that's said about them online.
Many accomplished actors say they don't read too much that's said about them - good or bad, because it adds unnecessary anxiety. Some disconnect from social media period, or for a period of time.
