No, I responded to the "impetuous youth" excuse. My point is Chay can be criticized because he's not real. That's it. Now if you read it as me "taking it to heart", that's on you. Nothing to do with me.

I'm talking about characters. We all relate to different characters, based on our personalities/backgrounds/experiences. So if someone can relate to Chay, based on their own life, I can not relate to Chay or another character, based on my personality/background/experiences. So "if you want reality..." isn't the correct response, in that instance....and it's okay to use our life experiences to relate or not relate to a character, and we all do it. That's my point.

Can we stop taking opinions about fictional characters to heart? Chay doesn't exist, outside of KinnPorshe fiction. He's a character. He's not you, nor is he Barcode. So he's fair game.

Figure out what you want. You flip back and forth. "If you want reality, then you shouldn't watch Kinnporsche". Okay. But when someone makes some pretty good observations about Chay, you come with, "We all were young once." Ahhhh so now, it's okay to use real life experiences to evaluate fictional characters. I told you that from day one.

The "impetuous youth" excuse is fine. But that still doesn't mean he's not making foolish choices and forgetting the sacrifices his brother made, over an infatuation. The "why" doesn't excuse the "what". Kim used Chay, and that was his intent from day one. So any "falling in love by accident" is just that...an accident. If Kim had never developed any feelings, he would have tossed Chay by the wayside, because that was the ORIGINAL intent.

The best part was when Seo Joon told Jiwoo, "I give up". I felt that, to the core of my being. It was like a weight lifted off my heart. No time for this shit.

I STILL don't get it. Jiwoo is so mopey and prickly. What is his issue with Seo Joon? We're almost done with this show, and I'm unable to articulate why Jiwoo ghosted the man he supposedly loves.

I knew Season 2 would be heavier, because the avoidance in Season 1 had to be addressed. That happy ending was rushed.

But it's time to dance, or get off the damn stage. At this point, I don't even know what I'm rooting for. If they end up not together, I can't say that's not the best ending.

Yep. I was robbed. I was played. I was tricked. The lick from episode 11 was hotter. Right, I was expecting at LEAST the level of Ep 7. I said I was nervous about all the hype and how extreme hype is rarely rewarded. But I said to myself, "Surely they understand the high level of expectation"

Ep 7 has ruined me...periodt.

Plus, Vegas should have cleaned Pete up - allowed him to shower/bathe. They could have showered together. It would have been soothing to his painful wounds, and made him much more comfortable. I was thinking, "Oh they'll shower before the sex, and Vegas will rub him down....", and when I didn't see anybody mention bathing - and Vegas looks like he always smells good enough to eat, it knocked it down a couple of points.

Pete not running for his life wasn't believable - even if he had feelings for Vegas. Vegas beat him almost to death. People keep mentioning "Stockholm Syndrome", which may need some clarity - Google is excellent for that purpose. Stockholm Syndrome is rare - the vast majority of people don't fall in love with their captors, especially those who torture them. Pete may enjoy bondage, and may have a humiliation kink, but even that needs to be consensual - not forced, with no way to escape.

That entire scene was worth the hour. I remember the Porsche from the earlier episodes, and I see what's he's become and I'm grateful for his growth. Is he perfect? Nope, but he's perfectly imperfect. I love him, to the moon and back...Anakinn too.

I noticed it the first day I got here. But it's weird how certain shows bring out the worst in people. They come undone, if anyone disagrees with them. KinnPorsche is one. "My Beautiful Man" is another example. I hated it. It's like if you didn't think that show was an offering to the BL gods, your intelligence was brought into question. People don't know how to present opposing viewpoints, nor do they know when to move on, and stop making everything a debate.

"You don't understand tsundere." I'm sorry, but I've watched movies with much deeper, complex plots than what's in the average Japanese BL. But "My Beautiful Man" needs Cliff Notes? FOH. I didn't like either of the leads. Move on, and do you.

People need to stop taking opinions personally, and learn to disconnect from the negativity and enjoy what they love, and not make long ass explanation posts on why they like a show, and why you're wrong for not liking it.

Learning how to play in the sandbox with others is a basic social skill many didn't develop.

Yep. People forget, KinnPorsche carried the entire show, for weeks. After one episode of VP, now KinnPorsche are "unnecessary"? Ep 12 would have been complete fuckery without KP.
