I've being saying this all the time hahahaha maybe because I read too many bl novels this kind of "unfeeling" bs gets me all the time, he catch my interest since the beginning and I have my theory. My view on him is a very pitiful and tragic character. For me he and LJD were in love, but LJD had to attack the Heavenly Realm when the Demon King ordered and Dijun felt betrayed, hence what the told in the drama about being betrayed before. What we need to see is how he divided LJD' soul, he tricked him or LJD sacrificed himself for Dijun? Well, the point is, it's the first time Dijun put his duty before his love, then again, he and the God of War were in love, but he couldn't be with her either, because he had to marry the other princess for the heavenly realm, again he puts his duty first. He is in complete denial of his feelings, always put his duty first. Then, the God of War rebelled because of the marriage, feeling she was used by Dijun all this time, he never loved her, he just used her to fight her own race. He had to watch her in her 9 lives but could never interfere because immortals can't interfere in mortals life, we see this exchange with Si Ming, but he breakes the rules for the first time for her by trying to help in her 10th life because she will become a demon if she fails. But watching her fall in love was too much for him and it is breaking his "unfeeling" bs mantra. I said I can't hate him because I see him like a desperate soul that will never be with his love. I don't know if the drama will follow this since I read too many spoilers, but as the drama making him show his emotions more and more, I guess thats the path they will take, but probably make him and LJD only friends.

Guys since the beginning it was very clear that HC is bs about "unfeeling" he just denials what he really feels for 1000 f* years, he made the flower lantern so he loves her, but seeying XJ fall for another man was too much for him. He will have a sad destiny because he will never get her love back.

I don't hate HC yet, I didn't read the book so I only have the backstory the drama gave to me, so HC loves her and decided to break the rules and interfere in her 10th life because she will become a demon if she fails again. In HC's pov Si Feng is danger, because she failed 9th times because of her love story with him, to separate them now before is too late is just logical for HC. He is obsessive and manipulative, yes, but its because he wants to save her, that's what the drama told us now, and really, we don't know if the drama will follow the book in HC and Mosha backstory so I will wait for that before I decide to hate him.

I do think he loves her, in a obsessed and twisted way, yes, but for me that is jealousy.

I don't find him cute at all. I skip all his scenes.

I feel you, I was in the same situation but now I'm stuck with Dance of Phoenix and Love and Redemption.

I read somewhere that HC and Mosha star were actually in love and when Mosha soul was splited he even change gender to become female God of War and please HC, but turns out HC only used Mosha so the God of War is so cold and ressentiful because of that.

I'm really that obsessed with this drama, I just made an account here because no one in my country seems to know about it since it isn't on viki. I really love the main couple but I'm most curious about the back story between HC and Mosha star.
