Okay so all those people who called HJP selfish? what makes him selfish? because he feels unfair that he wrote letters and now some else is taking advantage? and now he wants its credit? honestly no one likes some else taking the credit for that person did even you can't stand if were in his shoes. Maybe he took grandma's help but he wrote them and NDS just got emotionally attach and wanted to help.
Just ask your self can you let anyone take the credit of what you did without feeling that it is unfair. I bet you can't its human nature.

I think that kiss was rushed to confirm who ML is. But the person who Dal Mi loved from her childhood was the person named Do San but Do San wasn't even not aware her existence. They should have given more time to Do San to understand Dal Mi and have more chemistry before their first kiss :)
