The last scene was indeed on point. The detailing was incredible; at first, I didn't realize it wasn't Hyun Woo, but upon closer look, certain subtle cues stood out, and it all made sense in the end.

Today's episode was quite heart-wrenching. It was expected for her family members to react that way tho, but my heart still hurts for Hae In. It's true that the dead receive more flowers than the living. Everyone realised her importance once she is on her death bed, which again is saddening.

Also, the moment when Hae In finally says "I love you" - oh my god, my heart shattered into pieces. She's finally completely vulnerable about herself and her situation😭
