You make me remember times when i was super mega excited to watch my drama (Coffee Prince, Secret Garden, Lie to Me, Fated to Love You, My Love From Another Star, It's Okay It's Love, Signal, etc.)
However, i believe that you can find relly interesting stories if you look closely. It takes a lil time but it's definitely worth it.
i do feel tha my kdrama watching mood dies down and comes back like thrice a year, lately only "Catch The Ghost""WWW" "Hotel de Luna" and the lovely "Where Stars Land" made my heart flutter.
I dunno what happened to Kdramaland since 2016.
But maybe because there are hundreds of dramas coming out each year, the quality has dropped down for most,
We have to take the season into account too. I believe dramas coming up in Spring and mostly Summer are really enjoyable, compared to melos that mostly come out in Winter and Autumn.
I have to say though that some dramas became really interesting, intriguing and fascinating, regardless of the season they air in.

Personally, i will never give up on Kdramas, i know some seasons may be slow and others have better content, but if we all look closely, there are always new themes, new plots, fresh actors, interesting twists and turns.

PS: I am only watching "Itaewon Class" currently and it's really fresh and interesting. I also have plenty of upcoming dramas on my PTW list. Most of them seem promising with great casts and interesting plots. Can't wait for the new season to arrive!

I get your point but imo a lot of people on this list aren't handsome. Some are cute, some are just meh and some are dazzling while others are charming or popular for other reasons...
I totally get you, Do Hwan is drop-dead gorgeous. He has a mysterious/hypnotic/almost dangerous kind of charm that Seo Kang Joon hasn't (with his innocent/boyish looks) However, KSJ's pristine beauty is too dazzling. It's on a whole another level.
But that doesn't mean that i don't find Do Hwan more on the sexy AF side <3 lol

That is why he is number 3 on my list. He's too handsome.

Honestly, i'm not that huge of a fan of JCW either. But i gotta admit, he has had a great visual for 10 years+ He's known all over with his good looks. I gotta admit, he's really really handsome too. He deserves that place.

Kim Seon Ho is a fav of mine. I did not know him before Waikiki and Catch the Ghost. But he's too freaking cuuuute!!

It's simple for me." Song Joong Ki" is way more handsome for me than LDW, even though i watch more dramas of the latter.
LDW is charming but SJK is an eye-candy (pretty even..). He is the typical "kkot namja", it's his trademark. That's why he got so many CF's.
Cuz he is mostly known for his beauty, while LDW is not as much.
PS: I don't think LDW is even forty.(they have only four years of age-gap).
But i get what you mean abt different standards and age groups, but see Gong Yo for instance, even if he is older than many idols etc, he still can be listed way up.
I'll vote for Gong Yo and Jung Woo Sung to be at the top of the "ahjusshi" list. xD

Shin Min Ah's dimples are too sweet & make her look adorable.
Choi Jin Hyuk and Lee Seung Gi made dimpled smiles like their trademark xD They are too darn cute.

"Kim Seul Gi" is the most underrated Korean Actress i know (She is hella taented and hilarious). "Ji Soo" deserves to star in countless dramas. (He's so talented and handsome, and is really good at playing vulnerable but manly guys. Makes me want to stare at him for hours). I don't know why there aren't receiving many offers for leading roles.

I'm glad everyone agrees that "Ji Chang Wook" is 1st place. Everything about him is beautiful. His smile is <3 But "Hyun Bin" more handsome than freaking "Seo Kang Joon"!!!!
That is simply not possible. He may be waay more popular, but definitely not more handsome.
"Seo Kang Joon" needs to be 2nd. He's one of the most handsome men i've seen in my entire life. Everything about him is perfect <3
"Song Joong Ki" and "Woo Do Hwan" are phenomenally handsome as well. "Lee Jong Suk" is beautiful as well, he looks like a webtoon male lead. "Cha Eun Woo" is cute but not THAT handsome to be before all those.
"Choi Jin Hyuk", "Ji Soo" and "Yoo Seung Ho" need to go up!! Way up!
I'm glad "Ro Woon" is up there (13) but imo he's waaaaay more handsome than "Nam Joo Hyuk" and a bit more handsome than "Park Hyung Shik".
"L" from Infinite is way up there too! He's too handsome to be placed that low.
PS: "Gong Yo" needs a really special place in this list, he's too handsome, too cute, too charming... He's many things at once. He cannot be classified XD

Haven't see Park So Dam since "Parasite"(in movies) and her medical drama with "Jang Hyuk" (on the small screen). I can't wait to see her again.

Jang Na Ra is so sweet. <3 I love this woman.

If Kim Soo Hyun is acting in smtg, that almost automatically means the "moi" is watching it! xD
