Expectation VS reality gap is huge here. The story was really lacking & ludicrous, the comedy wasn't that funny either. Suffered through the cringe to finally finish this. But the final episode was the most cringe of them all URGH
Let's see.. The 2 MLs are everything. FL's the one who played "The Villainess" role? enemies to lovers story? Only 12 eps, what's not to love? Hopefully the plot will be good too, not just the cast.
Glad you enjoyed it. I personally loved the "morbid" humour. I thoroughly enjoyed the sense of uncertainty, the alluring mystery, the captivating character dynamics and the subtle symbolisms.
Was happy to see 8 fav J-actors at once. They all appear in the poster (minus the ML) -ML's character was lame till the end. He gave me secondhand embarrassment. -Ryo's sudden gap moe expressions were too cute to handle. Made my heart go "Kyun!" :P -Gordon had only like a couple of lines but he looked SO GOOD with that haircolor/style. -Suzuki's Kiyomasa made me wanna punch him through the screen. -Yuki stole the show. Though his wig was kinda lame. His character was cool AF.
This was a decent wannabe yankee/brawl movie. Won't watch it a 2nd time.
Wouah! that's one humongous & ominous statue though. An archaeologist digging up a "primordial unseen evil entity" possessing a statue? :O Hoping that this will be a heavy, creepy, exciting & horrific short ♥
Can you tell me what is ML and SML relationship is? Kinda want to watch 2 ML as bestfriends rather than rival/enemy.…
They're best friends also rivals in work and in love (as the SML always compares himself with ML and wants to surpass him) There is a love triangle between those two but it's more like a silly one, as this is a multiple couples (2 CP) drama. The drama doesn't take itself srsly. Though ig the annoying third-wheel would be the FL's love rival.
-Everyone is conveniently a hidden gem voice-actor in this drama it seems.. -Everything abt the FL screamed puerile (she had her cutesy lil moments tho) -Skipped most of the rival/sly fox's scenes (she was such a pain in the butt) -ML's character was a bit of a Kuudere. (i liked that) -Glad 2nd ML didn't call the cops on the 2nd FL.. (she creeped me out at times ngl)
It had many lazy clichés but i overall enjoyed watching it for the fluff it delivered.

Kazuma's the MVP here. Takuya's acting was top-notch.
Hopefully the plot will be good too, not just the cast.
Do Bae Man dealing with FL #Small Brain

I enjoyed "Sweet Home", "My Name" & "Nervertheless" cuz of their short format and great production.

PBY is such a cinnamon roll. Totes adorable lil cutiepie. I love her to bits.
