All the actors did a good job including animal actors, script was very good even though it dragged in some places. Cinematography and costumes, make up were top notch. I applaud production company and everyone involved with the drama. This is the best modern C-drama I have watched so far. I am heart broken to say Good Bye to all the characters in the show. They will all be remembered fondly

Jin Hu still has 49 percent of TY since she did not sign any agreement. Xu Si has the governing shares with 51 percent though

I do not think he will close the deal with Aneda. According to the deal, he was dragging his feet about it and that is why Mr. Du warned him. He can be rich, but it is not because of he has shares in Baoxing at the moment. I sincerely hope that he can offer a good alternative to Aneda hence fulfilling his professional duty and saving TY. However, I do not think it is going now. I always thought AI production line patent and research would be the alternative bait he would use to lure Aneda, but perhaps I am mistaken. There is also the possibility that he somehow managed to fullfil Aneda's request without involving TY and took TY shares as his reward and then left the company.

I did not think ep 38 was a filler, I think it was about the desperation of XS and his dilemma at work and what he is going to do (transfer of shares) in the next episode
