I do not think Aneda has bought Baoxing's shares of Teng Yue yet. It looks as if Xu Si is trying to postpone it since he finds a solution. Both Zhaoyang and Xu Si are trying to keep Teng Yue alive till she gets back. I should confess I was very happy to see Xu Si and Zhaoyang suffer (best case of Schadenfreude). It is good to see Jiang Hu is back on her feet and fighting.

I think Xu Si will try to sell AI operated production line to Aneda to deter them from buying Teng Yue. It is a project that needs a lot of investment, hence Aneda will not have enough funds to buy Teng Yue besides that. Xu Si is racking his brains to prevent the sale of Teng Yue to Aneda but he should also find a way to buy shares of Teng Yue in Baoxing's hands. He probably knows Jiang Hu is working at Cloud Wear and he will be one of the judges that would judge Jiang Hu's performance. I can see the merger of Teng Yue and Cloud Wear in the future, but I still no idea where the money will be coming from.

I stand by YJ's stance towards Zhaoyang, she is starting to feel the results of his withdrawal. I am also glad to see her suffer along with Xu Si.

Trust can be rebuild. Xu Si did not follow anybody's advice since he was sure that he was right; when he faces the consequences of his actions is the time when change begins. People do not change (in most cases) when other people warn them, change begins when they face the consequences of their actions and it hurts them. Some people even do not change after that, but Xu Si is intelligent enough to have a reckoning

She had a mental break down at this stage, which is also very very understandable in her situation. She had found a new goal in life and had success through blood, sweat and tears, when many people that she had put her hopes in betrayed her, she had a break down. I do not think she cared about TY's image in that conjucture.

I agree with you, he should have. But nobody does all the things that they should have done in life, do they? Mistakes and suffering leads to growth and that is what makes a story

Some can...Not all. I have seen some people turn into good husbands and wonderful fathers while I would have thought it was not in them. When you accept people with their flaws, some of the flawed people change and redeem themselves. However, I agree with you not everyone can be fixed. There are some things that can not be fixed, but I think there is a potential for a fix here if Xu Si can redeem himself and truly change

He is not an opportunist, he just did what any investment banker would do. He should have explained his thought process more to her, he implied certain things. But he was hesitant to be open since he should have known how she would react on a certain level. I do not think he did intentionally, he just deluded himself as many people in love tend to do

He believes the creed of investment bankers and it is not easy to shed his beliefs. He understood JH's concerns on a subconscious level and I think that is why he hesitated such a long time to tell JH about it. He basically fooled himself. His belief in investment strategies stems a) from his success as an investment banker b) looking at business from a logical and financial point of view c)his desire to see JH living a carefree life with the money she gets from the sell of TY. I think his father and uncle's death also blinded him to the importance and benefits of manufacturing industry. As I see it his mistakes can be listed as follows
1) Not communicate with JH in a timely manner and postponing it with the excuse of finding the right time since he could have known how she would react on a subconscious level
2) Assuming JH's priorities were the same as him
3) Assuming he is the only one who knows what is best for TY and JY
4) Overestimating his persuasion skills and underestimating JH's persistence and success

No, he appreciates JH as a person. He likes her sense of commitment, feeling of responsibility towards her workers and suppliers, her persistence, her creativity and being a good friend. He is a kind guy so he also wanted to help JH when she was fighting for her dream. He loves XYZ

We are probably in the older people universe, since we know green flags can turn to red and red flags can become green in time. People change and sometimes broken hearts can be healed and people who make mistakes are forgiven. I have lived long enough to experience it myself. It is not always true, but it is in the realm of possibility

Sometimes broken things can be fixed. I am thinking of Japanese art Kintsugi. Sometimes breaks may help people to understand importance of certain things they have not paid attention before. Not everyone can manage it, but it is possible.

I think I am older than most of the viewers here. I have lived long enough not to write off people so easily, some of them really change and have the capacity to redeem themselves. I want Xu Si to be one of those people.

Love makes idiots of people. He was afraid of her reaction, I think he subconsciously knew her reaction and fooled himself with his business logic. He will pay the price of his mistakes now

I think he became infatuated the moment he saw her and became too much involved with her as he still keeps the note from their first encounter, I do not think this plot line in the novel is relevant in this drama. He is deeply in love with her, I believe he was sincere in his intentions and love towards JH, but he made some grave mistakes. Nonetheless, this drama is about rising up again and fighting to correct the wrongs, so I believe we will see his redemption eventually. I just want to enjoy happy couple vibes for two episodes at the end (39-40), I hope I will not be disappointed

Despite his gargantuan mistake, I want Xu Si to redeem himself, change and beg JH for a second chance. I want JH and XS together at the end of the series. This drama is about making mistakes. evolution, growth and becoming an adult in any case. Thus I am wondering how XS will manage to pull himself out of the hole he managed to dig himself in

I think the sale has not gone through yet so they have not bothered to inform JH. Baoxing and Aneda has just agreed on the price and sales at this stage according to my understanding. Xu Si did what any investor do, however he made the mistake of falling in love with JH and deluded himself by saying he is doing it for her own good, her sake.

Xu Si really fucked up on a grand scale. I am curious to see how he will manage to turn it around and gain the trust of JH again. He deserved the slap and everything JH said on the stage.
