MB was also surprised when he was surrounded by armed guards. I laughed when he said something like you trapped me. It was funny in a weird sort of way, I do not understand why he thought he can walk around mansions and catch everyone off guard after he attacked Luo Ming Xi and killed Li Lang.

Many commentators are writing that they would love to see Mo Bei suffer, however, would you really like to watch him tortured? The fate that awaits MB is worse than death and it would have been very unpleasant to watch if it was shown on TV. I would have committed suicide by armed guards sword if I was in his place instead of suffering such a fate. Choices,,, choices

I have watched two episodes so far, it looks like it will be a light hearted romantic comedy with elements of mystery and crime in it. The leads look sweet together and we will probably have a whole cast of secondary characters. The singer fan of Kim Do Ha sounds very delusional and gives stalker vibes at this stage, I hope they do not go down that road. At this stage she looks like she may loose it anytime. When Mok Sol Hee controlled her post box and found lots of postcards from different destinations around the world, I thought can these cards be from the missing lady that Kim Do Ha is accused of killing? Am I overthinking or is there other people out there that think like me?

The series will be dark and twisted and probably romantic, but it looks like it will be one of those tragic love stories. I love Namkoong Min as an actor, I think he is very talented, so I try to watch every drama he plays in. This is my first time watching him in a historical drama so I am trying to get into it at this stage. First scenes of the series had the vibes of "Come and See natural beauty of Korea* tourism ad, but I think they are setting the stage of this calmness and serenity to produce a stark(er) contrast with the aftermath of war, rebellion and all the ugliness associated with them. It looks like it will be an interesting story, I am sure Namkoong would act wonderfully as usual. It is my time with the Female Lead so I will wait to watch more episodes to evaluate her performance.

Viki has it with English subs and it is only one day behind the original broadcast unlike in Legend of Anle

I still think it is a good drama despite its flaws, the acting is good and the chemistry between actors i believable, Story is interesting and the series has a strange sense of magic. Although I lamenting what it could have been, I would recommend it to others despite its flaws and rewatch it during Christmas.

Han Ye is shot with arrows and falls of a cliff and we have no idea how he ended up at Mo Shaung's house. Who carried him there? Who got the arrows out? I can accept Mo Shaung can treat and come up with medical recipes, but as viewers we needed some explanations. I am glad they did not go down the heart transplant route as I am told there was in the novel, but not giving explanations about the process is an elephant size plant hole.

I have watched The Long Ballad and loved it. I am watching Love like the Galaxy now and I can say so far so good. I think the main problem with the script and production in Legend of Anle is that they could not decide and stick on what kind of mixed genres they would promote in this series. In LGB and LLTG, the emphasis is on political intrigue, revenge and romance. Word of Honour which I loved deals with wuxia, revenge, intrigue and bromance.

From what I gather LoA in the novel version is about political intrigue, romance, wuxia and revenge. The novel manages to portray these genres simultaneously by complicated plotlines and multitude of characters and some wuxia concepts. The problem with LoA, the reason the series does not reach its full potential despite top notch acting from actors is the use of all these genres (wuxia, political intrigue, romance and revenge). It is clear that Han Ye can only survive fall from the cliff twice in the wuxia genre, however we did not have enough background and content to make the series wuxia, the same is true for romance and political intrigue. They tried to make LoA all about intrigue, revenge, romance with wuxia elements without giving weight to none. I think that is the main problem with the series, not CGI or even pacing. The production does not seem to stick with a couple of genres or all of the above without giving enough credit, time and effort to them.

That said, I can understand the position of Han Ye and why he refuses to see Di Ziyuan although he manages to identify her immediately. Some one was saying his problem as a character was being too perfect, without any flaws. Well, I would say he has one (perhaps two) serious flaw(s) in his character, he makes all of the important decisions concerning his relation with DZY without consulting and even explaining to the other party. He maybe afraid that DZY maybe want to be with her due to gratitude and pity, since he can not see anymore but he is not willing to listen to the advice of others as well. He is stubborn as a mule and even though he does not show it much, he is also jealous. He will learn to consult his wife in the future.

Even though I like the Luo Ming Xi character, I am glad he will get out of the picture due to his illness in time. However, he has integrity to accept the personal qualities and intelligence of Han Ye. I also laughed when everyone talked about the inability of DZY to brew good tea. I also feel bad for Li Lang, she is another character who is underappreciated, Luo Ming Xi has a one sided love for DZY and does not acknowledge the sacrifice, loyalty and love of Li Lang. I am hundred percent sure that he knows Li Lang loves him, yet he has not acknowledged it. Perhaps, it is because he is in the same position with regard to DZY. His coughing blood is not a good sign for his future as he also knows and expresses.

The Emperor loves his son but I am not sure if he loves him more as his master product and ensuring the reign of Han family more than as a son. In any case, he looks like he will the leaving the world stage soon. Ep 38 trailer shows Mo Bei will finally meet his end (hopefully at the hands of DZY). I do not like the idea of fake marriage rumour to force Han Ye out of his shell. It may easily backfire (it probably will not since we are reaching the end). I am also pissed with Youku for realising remaining two episodes one by one during the weekend. Shame on them.

I did not end up as an orphan. I did not read the book but from information provided from book readers I learned that he was left in CPs care when he was ill. When HY realized the situation was getting dangerous to have him taken care by a family he found with a trusted official/minister. After he was taken in by this woman, he also made arrangements for the incident at the temple, He even arranged the ruffians attacking him so he can take him to his residence under the guise of Wen Shuo saving him. I have seen people personally have at least part of their hair (not only the tip) but whole length of the hair turn white suddenly, I have personally witnessed it. I do not care what the scientific article says, it may be a rare phenomenon but it is possible. I have witnessed people living through extreme trauma in my homeland during the last decade, It did not happen to many people but some, so it is not incredibly common. I also lived through some trauma and some of my hair turned white from top to bottom (not all but some sections). It maybe a black swan event but it is definitely possible.

I did not witness the hair colour changing back to original colour, but if there are cases of it, I can accept it.

You are wrong, if it gets white due to stress not only the tips but whole hair gets white. Trust me I have seen it. It is realistic. It does not get back to its original colour afterwards though, that part is unrealistic.

Di Jinyan supposedly died from an illness when he was 4. Di Ziyuan was 8 years old when she last saw him so it is normal that she did not recognize him

They said it is even rare to find those flowers in DZY's homeland. Having it in a pot would definitely save time and prove useful when required.
