Yes! That scene of his was well acted, you can see the effort he put into it. I feel the setting is a nice balance of comedy and dark, either don't overshadow the other. Nara's character is an business and pretty snappy, but I do like it considering she snaps at those who deserve it, like the artist she almost dug her nails into. The was some scary rage.

I agree, very versatile. I am pretty impressed with the work she has put in her speaking tone - she doesn't only look and feel like Ji-Ah but talks like her too. She really wears the skin of her characters.

Yes!!! I don't like it when forthcoming female characters are written to be very loud because that can be too literal and overdone.

Yep! Wed-Thurs dramas usually don't get very insane ratings, but I also won't be surprised if it reaches close to 15% - JNR's dramas can have crazy ratings

And am I the only one laughing at the funny moments? The comedy is not overdone, and it is dependent on the character's dynamics and quirks, which means it won't sizzle out (or so I hope).

Episode 3 was definitely better than the previous ones - this is picking up pace, and fast. It goes without saying that Jang Nara is absolutely nailing this role, but I also want to confess how I underestimated Yonghwa - he is giving a very good portrayal of In Beom. The plot is more weaved with the overarching plot now; the ghost of the week seems connected to our antagonists, who I am hoping are not as black and white as they appear. The heroes are nuanced in a way, would be a pity if the antagonists aren't.

I caught up to all the episodes yesterday, and I was squealing and kicking the air in sheer joy and love for this unique friendship. I love how absolutely wholesome this is.

My face mirrored the surprise on Ho Beom's face, the moment was really funny and unexpected. I love how he is finally being lent a hand and encouraged. So incredibly wholesome.

She's done a complete 180 in Sell Your Haunted House with her personality - cold, blunt, angry, and sexy. Her intonation is different as Hong Ji-ah as well, she certainly works on her characters.

The parallels are really lovely! The snow is a little signifier of the bond between Deok Chul and Chae Rok - these two feel less whole without one another. Chae Rok is more emotionally dependent and understandably so, but the recent episodes showed how much strength Deok Chul derived from his younger friend. And when he danced for him, I was reduced to tears. "I am terrified too." They have easily one of the most beautiful friendships I have seen.

I'm so glad Deok Chul's youngest has more screentime now. He was the most intriguing character, and I was also looking forward to his interaction with Chae Rok.

Lee Seyoung and Lee Junho? Might just consider watching it when it airs!

It was so neatly done, the switching between different time periods, the carefulness of the gaps in days - making sure if the month is 30 or 31 days long. The effects when the future was undone and people became paper. How the scene transitioned smoothly. The music score as well. These are the most memorable things about Kairos.
