In the book, In's sister is 10 years older than him and she had Alin young. He was 19 when he died, so his sister would be 29, Alin is 7. Dean is about the same age as Korn when he died and the grandmother is 60. This series has too many anachronisms, starting with the hair and clothing, so it's confusing. I'm not going to spoil the story, but hope this helps .

I don't think that you're delusional. I don't understand why people are so determined to prove that some BL actors (Off/Gun, Joong/Nine, etc) are real couples. The actors play along because they get booked for events by being in character, but they are still in character. I'm not sure why the actors are not saying they are just friends. They don't have to out the girlfriend, but at least maybe the fans won't fight about it. Mario Maurer has/had (not sure) a girlfriend and that hasn't impacted his popularity. In hindsight, Godt's team not wanting him to do fan service may have been one of the best things that happened to Bas. I see that he does solo events and is able to do projects without a pair.

I didn't know who he was, but since his face was everywhere, I asked somebody who he is. I rode the Skytrain a lot while I was in Bangkok, and he was featured in many advertisements for different types of products.

I know that you were just asking in general. There are a lot of gorgeous people in Thailand, and mant of them are really nice too.

I loved Chiang Mai, but I didn't do the expat cafe scene. I took a sunrise tour of one of the temples and the guide was a former monk. I also took a food tour and the guide pointed out how northern Thai dishes differ from central Thai. I only stayed in Chiang Mai for 3 days, but I'm definitely going back. I want to go further north next time. I travel solo, so I stick to tours, but you and your husband may be able to do things on your own.

I didn't get to go to Chiang Rai, just stayed in Chiang Mai while I was up north, but I want to go to Chiang Rai next time.

Like any other place, most of the men and women are normal looking people, but they are all attractive in their own way (yes, I'm one of those people who thinks everybody is pretty/handsome). What I found is that this guy named Mario must be the most famous actor in Thailand because his picture is literally everywhere, even on the train straps.

Have a great time! I went 3 months ago and loved it! The temples and cultural places are beautiful and the food is delicious. I didn't see any BL events at the malls like they show on YouTube, but maybe I was there during the slow season.

This would have been a perfect match for the rest of the series. The "management" (author and producers) tried too hard to be "deep" when the deepest answer was right before their eyes. This couple always made their time together count which is why the management's "lesson" didn't make any sense. Thanks for sharing.

I like both but I think that SUPPAWUT will be more pronounceable across different language speakers.

You know that this is a great series when all of the pre-season comments about hating Mild as Techno and Gulf as Type have changed to love for all of the cast. We all love Gun and Earth from LBC, but Mild and Gulf have stepped up and delivered. I will also be rewatching using the official links because I want to see a season 2.

I didn't vote, but I understand why the rating dropped. The viewer was on a path where people came out right away, the guy broke up with the girlfriend right away (instead of going back and forth), the friends accepted the relationship, the leads won consent from disapproving parents (a more modern concept), then was treated to a disjointed, cliche 1990's ending. The acting was stellar, but the storytelling was not. There were even flaws during the courtship episodes, but the endearing qualities and earnest behaviors overrode the flaws. Maybe new viewers should know that they may find the ending to be disjointed with the whole death, walking dead, doppelganger, and the subtle hinting of possibly joining his partner in death. The new viewer can then a make the decision of whether or not to watch and if they do, they won't feel as let down, and the new viewers will probably increase the rating as they go along.

Don't worry, Type (played by another actor) was in Love by Chance which takes place in the future, and Tharn is still his boyfriend.

TharnType is one of a kind, but the Chinese movie "Like Love" and the sequel "Nobody Knows but Me" are good. An Ziyan and Mai Ding are one of my favorite couples.

The ending just wasn't up to par to the rest of the episodes. Although the acting was great, it seemed like Yu died for the sake of being another 90's cliche, doomed gay drama, since these guys did make everyday together count. The only thing missing was Xiang dying on top of the mountain after seeing Yu floating in the sky. Xiang was literally a dead man walking in the last episode, even 6 years later. He told Sun that he is ready to see Yu again, so I'm sure he will end up there eventually. By the way, there are real life situations of people finding their partner for life at a young age as well, That is also reality. Realism is not only tragic, being realistic also includes being happy and building a life together.

I actually think that Fluke's acting is excellent and on point. Pharm is the most complex character to play in this series. He is confused and scared, having dreams and visions and Fluke does a great job showing this. He puts his foot down with Alex, acts shyly around his seniors when being teased, yet he is confident when teaching cooking. I'm not sure if a less experienced actor could handle this role. Just my thoughts.

He looks super handsome in MODC, looks like an adult, not a student. I hope that they are still together because that relationship had a lot of barriers to overcome, only giving the viewer 5 minutes of sweetness.
