Is it because of the height difference?
The height difference and the hair. Plus the more stoic and more hyper characters.

Definitely nothing like that on my watch list.
Happy of the End, Smells Like Green Sprit, Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo, Blue Canvas of Youthful Days are some series to watch for. Not saying that I hated the series, but week after week of it gets depressing. I will admit that the CA was so bad in Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo, I watched the first 2 and last 2 episodes. I couldn't stomach it anymore, but I have a low tolerance for violence. in general, even less for child abuse. P.S. Even if the child is now an adult, it is still family/domestic violence.

Is it that bad??? I want to watch this
I like it, but I like the cold ML, trope, but I wish they followed the novel's timeline more. In my opinion, they drag out the drama between the MC and ML too long. What I like is, that even though Patt is a simp, he, as he says, also has his dignity when there is a bottom line. Also, they don't insert a giggly GL couple to attract male viewers.

Since Earth and Bas are from Chiang Mai, I wish they could do some dialogue in dialect. It would be nice to see them speak in a way similar to how they speak to their friends in real life. I love Chiang Mai so I like that this is set there.

Am I the only one seeing nothing wrong Ter's character? ....probably I mean, Cooheart fits that role tho'. Honestly,…
I like Ter's character. I acted goofy when I was 18. I also really like Earth as an actor. I would like to see him play a thug one day though.

After weeks of series with CSA, CSE, graphic child abuse, and angst, it's nice to see a cute story of misfits who aren't gangsters. I'm looking forward to when they all become friends.

I'm crossing my fingers and hoping this will not disappoint me, when I looked at who is involved in this project. Even though they will have to go their separate ways due to the premise, I'm enjoying this series so far.
On LoveSick 2024 Nov 16, 2024
Aim and Phun scene was another unnecessary addition for 2024. I know many lesbians, have them in my family, and can't stand that Lee would do her new girlfriend like that. Lesbians have the stereotype of moving fast, falling in and out of love fast, being fickle, and this series perpetuates these stereotypes. Again, please do not even think of remaking SOTUS.
On Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo Nov 16, 2024
This series was okay. Too much angst for angst sake, and I thought that the second lead's personality and sociopathic traits was more suited for the MC. The ML could have found someone else who was also positive and and wonderful. But then we wouldn't have had an angst series. I did like the finale though.
On See Your Love Nov 14, 2024
I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I like this series. It took me five episodes but I finally figured out who this couple reminds me of. It's Jimmy and Tommy from Why R U?
On Bad Guy My Boss Nov 13, 2024
My bias is a cold ML or MC, so I'm really enjoying this series. I actually like that Patt has set his boundary, and for once Elyes respected it. Patt has also been cheated on and dumped, so I think it is fair that he asks for clarification on their relationship. I actually wish that more people would do this, instead of trying to make excuses to placate a man like Elyes. Both have been cheated on and burned, so they both have the right to respond in they own way. Neither are the bad guy. I'm more shocked that for once, Elyes did not overstep his boundary with Patt.

Let's all act surprised that Eyles has commitment issues. Even before Patt, he was stoomping the whole village.…
Patt has been cheated on and dumped, so I don't blame him for wanting to make sure they are on the same page. Since they aren't, Patt is choosing to stop the relationship instead of demanding that Elyes changes. I actually like that both of them are stating where they're at right now.

I mean Elyes has major commitment issues because of what Run and Long did to him. Asking a guy who is not ready…
I actually think that both men are within their boundaries. Patt is entitled to have a partner who can fully commit and Elyes is entitled to not want a commitment. Neither are bad people, but just are not on the same page. Patt was also burned by Paeng who cheated on him and dumped him, so he deserves is happiness too. I like that Patt made it clear that the direction their relationship is headed is not for him. Elyes tried to softly guilt trip him, but I'm glad that he ended up leaving. I would have like to have had this drama wrapped up sooner, more closely to the novel, but I'm also glad that neither are the bad guy, but they are just not in sync at this time.

Have the novels been published in English? I haven't been able to find them. Thank you.

Hearing Aim yelling, screaming and begging Lee just was filler for angst lovers. Aim cheated with guys in the book. This version is hit and miss, but I do like Progress and Almond. I hope to see them in other projects in the future.

Does anyone know what the Director's hang up is with people actually touching one another while they are kissing?…
He must think it looks good aesthetically or it's to keep it PG13. I can't stand it. I also don't like when the guy leaning over the other guy on the bed is on his knees. I know they are doing that to keep their crotches from touching, but it just looks so unnatural. What those scenes lack is passion. If a person is really into a kiss, they want more closeness.
On LoveSick 2024 Oct 29, 2024
After 7 episodes, I put this in the category of another disappointing reboot. For people saying this is closer to the novel, Aim cheats with a man in the novel which leads to the break-up we see in the preview. I thought that maybe I was just getting older, but I rewatched some 2014 episodes and as cringe as some of the scenes were, I guess that I like that cast chemistry better, even with the much lower budget. White and Captain were not as conventionally good looking as Progress and Almond at a similar age, but their portrayals of Noh and Phun had more chemistry. I actually like Progress and Almond and hope they are cast in another series, but will need to work on their intimacy. When they hug, it looks like bros hugging, not two people in love. Out of the huge cast, I only like Progress, Almond, Krit and Toto is growing on me. Everyone else is just a pretty face. This is just my opinion, even if it's unpopular.

This whole cast is looks only, but I do like the two leads.

This series is simply not good. Maybe the two main characters have the looks but a complete lack of acting talent…
