As an old f@g h@g, I understand your pain, but we also had "try-sexuals" back in the day, so I don't fully discount the existence of self-identified pansexuals. Now that transexuals have left the gay community, maybe there should be an intellectual discussion about LGB separating from the gender identities. You're also talking to a generation of people who were not even born with people were dying of AIDS left and right, and the fallout of that pandemic, so they do not even know about recent gay history. The show runners are from that generation, so they will never talk about overt and unaware homophobia within the community.

i enjoyed this episode seeing both Wandee and Yoryak showing vulnerability. Great's acting is so good that I did not recognize him as the inspector from Manner of Death until I was episodes in. I did not watch Inn's previous show since I knew it would be sad. The new guys in Wandee Goodday and Only Boo are really showing up for work. Thor and Fluke as Oye and Cher are so much fun to watch. This is the first series where Podd plays an unlikeable character and I'm loving it.

I agree with you, but the problem is, if you've ever been to Bangkok, unless you are 3 blocks away, you will never get there on time. I wish they had shown a more realistic solution to texting a friend, which you will not be able to do IRL while fighting off an offender and not use an attempted SA to drive a wedge, and allow the Ter/Dee discussion to take place. Acquaintance rape is a reality, so while I like that she stood up for herself, I would have liked to have seen a more realistic solution, like using the smartphone's emergency call feature.

I agree. If Jane and Peak's parents arranged this engagement, go home and undo it. It is interesting to see that Peak and Thanwa are just naturally drawn to each other. When you contrast this with Almond's crush on Jumper, we can see the possible start of an adult relationship, not a high school type crush. Thanwa would be considered a little useless by some people since he has trouble finding a job, but Peak appreciates him for what he does and who he is. I give Best a lot of credit, when you see Peak's body language in the room with Jane, then when laying in bed with Thanwa, Best is really using his whole body to act.

Peak, please explain why you ran/run away from Jane. She seems to understand the reason, but I, the viewer is in the dark. I'm so happy that Best is finally in a series and role that he deserves. I really love this series.

What made me laugh is the sex toy is mainly designed for a female's anatomy. I wonder if they did that on purpose to show he is clueless.

After they messed up Zeke and Fifth, I'm not sure about watching this. I'm not into GL, so that isn't a draw either.

I'm looking forward to this. I've seen the two leads in History and My Tooth Your Love, and think they will make a good couple. I don't think that Taiwan actors are as dependent on ship work for income, so I'm glad they change things around.

Deviates from the novel in places, but an overall terrific adaptation. The lead actors were excellent.

I liked this even though I didn't understand the very last scene with Tai and Kram. Obviously they did not go back to nice Tai's world, so what happened after they jumped into the blue water?

What put Satang in a special place for me was hearing the song in the series, then watching his video singing the OST to Last Twilight. His beautiful vocals just hit me in the heart. I liked him in MSP, but hearing that song, and being shocked that he was the singer made me take a closer look.

My favorites are Neo and Satang, but I agree with you about Keen. However, we need to see him in a role very different from his personality. In interviews, Moo is very similar to Keen. Fourth has played different types of characters, so hopefully they will have Keen do the same.

I'm not in the target demo for this show, hate the title, but ended up loving this series. The current drama the mls are going through is just dumb angst (albeit well acted) and we could have had a fight together scenario instead, but at age 18-19, things were more confusing, and I have to remember that.

From what GMMTV hosts said at the Part 1 reveal, their target audience was high schoolers and teens. I think the angst is suitable for that age group, although adults would find it nonsensical. Since the characters are also 18-19, I think it's realistic to be over dramatic about everything at that age. So while as an adult it is emotionally unsatisfying and unnecessary, to me, it may appeal to the kiddos. This is in contrast to the actor Neo, who at age 23, who publicly announced he has a girlfriend an is in love. BTW, I 100% concur with your assessment of Keen.
