I like YZ, LX and MW, they are very charismatic and good in creating characters in their dramas. Beautiful and Solid! I Enjoyed both seasons. My only critic is of too much of lecturing scenes by YZ's characters, Mudon. YZ is very good in showing her feeling and thought without any words (I loved all her performances in her crying scenes, very touching). May by that's why some find it a bit boring.

As I mentioned ML is not that innocent either, I agree, he loves her. But pure love comes with honesty. He needs to learn it, be open with her and clear misunderstandings.

Hey Guys, can't we wait a bit more before judging the characters? This drama is about misunderstanding, misjudging and forgetting all the precious little moments in our life. They got a second chance to correct their mistakes, can they do it right this time? Hope they do.
Here is my take so far. FL is the top girl at her society (King's daughter, smart, beautiful,…) and most of the unmarried men are dreaming of marring her. She has feelings for both ML and SML. They have to earn her love!
Those two guys are after power they are not innocent like some of you described. ML is smart, but poor nobleman and is looking to get married and become powerful (he does not show any affection yet suspicious of being in love with another woman.) SML is smart and is fighting secretly to get the power back (he rejected FL's marriage proposal by not accepting her books at the feast.)
I love the pace of this drama (FL acting is super!) and waiting for more to come. Hope real love comes out (now it is like a flame under the ashes...yes, I'm talking about the main characters:))

I like your Analogy, especially "...I still maintain that it's less THH and more the others who are at fault..." part. She should give something to her love, DFYC before the sacrifice. Honestly, I expected more after their last night together and not just the kiss (even a baby) why not! I found their chemistry so innocent while they kiss or sit close to each other. Can't wait to see them together!
PS, My expectation of this drama was very high, though, the sound editing ruined many beautiful parts of this drama (especially at fighting parts, sounds like someone is promoting singers!)

I still think of it. If we consider XL sacrificed himself for the sake of his nation to keep the hope alive between them, well it may make sense ( I hate wars and killing from each side!). But if we consider 6 or 7 of XL lives are still with him, couldn’t him keep at least one of them? Why he just wasted them all in one shot?
(My understanding is that he planed ahead and took all of XY’s poisons and changed his appearance in his last battle with his black blood all over to die and attract the enemy reaching him and poisoning all of them. That didn’t happen.)

Or probably the first tear for him in his tragic life, heartbroken, precious and meaningful. I love to see XL keep it on him as a pendant!

China is a huge country with so many dialects and even languages. They may not understand each other when they talk. They also mostly talk very fast and broken. Mandarin is considered a tonal language as well. As you know, they are developing a standard Mandarin in the country for all to learn and understand like in many other countries. This has both good and bad impacts from different aspects especially in acting. No wonder Dubbing is a big rising industry there. So, it makes it even harder in acting to put your feelings in the line delivery since they might decide to dub you in the final production. Hope it helps.

I see in the drama S-1 director and author/screenwriter gave almost the same position as the main Lead to all the 3 MLs, which makes the drama so interesting and different. Could it be the same in the S-2? I love to see that!

I see so many video clips from S-2 part of the drama even showing the end of the story. What is going on? Is it on purpose?

I agree. That is why LYF is the hot drama with the most comments and discussions this year. I congratulate Team LYF, especially the director and author/screenwriter for their creativity and braveness in making the changes in the drama. All three MLs deserved the same attention.

XY is at the deadened situations with all the other 3ML. I agree with you that FL has potential to be a good husband and knowing her personality she could grow feelings for him. But talking about love, it’s not that simple. I think she was really fine by taking away from the wedding ceremony later and even stays unmarried dedicating herself to her medicine experiences as she did.

Just one possibility to accepting how he is her favorite with all of his sad life moments: Maybe XL is on his path to Nirvana by passing all of the suffering to become pure. He will be the God!

He is such a multifaceted player! I bet TJC has six-pack muscles and more. So excited to see something like this even started writing my script on it in my head:)))

So nice! Honestly, I would die to see TJC in a fantasy Bruce Lee series ( like Batman and so) using his charms and powerful dancing abilities as a Kung fu god with high wisdom. Well, I like to see YZ as his loving FL in it as well.

Not only that she remember, XL becomes part of her. Every night while he hugged her, every time he transferred his blood to her and finally his heart and the best life of his 9 lives, he silently put all of his precious part of him in her. XY silently accepted XL’ s heart and soul and treasured them all. Ultimately, XL won’t die at the battlefield field and always stays with her. No wonder she shows signs of XL’s abilities, such as underwater skills.

Apparently, in China, it’s a dead zone and end of your popularity if you show your actual relationship in this business. And they’re good at hiding it. So to answer your question, everything is possible:)
Yet, I can see some sparks between YZ and all of them. If she is not in a (hidden) relationship, with her previous history of men, I see more chance for DW. On top of that he is more fun and adventurous.
