I think the sentence "A good ball is coming your way" was referring to the appearance of Nam Do San, because the…
The baseball analogy that comes before the good ball comment refers to either a win or a loss, if he can hit a home run he won the game, if he can't it's a lost game. In this context, a good ball coming his way means a good chance of hitting a home run if he does decide to swing the bat at the key moment (the good ball being something that should favour him as in this baseball game he is the one with the bat). That's why i don't think this key moment has come yet since NDS coming from the US didn't favoured his chances of hitting a home run, in fact it made his chances worse since DM is now with DS in her mind.
I'm really frightened by the preview that shows us the plant in Ji Pyung's car. All predictions on this have been…
I think it's a hed herring the same way "i think i have right" was...we all thought he was going to lie in order to get a unfair advantage, yet he lied in order to make sure DS didn't saw DM crying and opened up to DM right after. Regardless of whether i am right or wrong those previews have been highly misleading, purposefully edited to NOT give away the plot and i have striked out so many times with my predictions that i don't even bother trying anymore lol
We also didn't got the help from the ancestors for HJP and DM yet guys... don't lose hope, Jidal + Halmeoni are the endgame. In Yeongsil we trust! *Puts clown make up on*
Jidal clowns, assemble! The fortune telling of Yeongsil about a good ball coming at HJP, where's is that damn ball? If the ball already passed by him it's not something obvious as i have seen no take it or leave it chance coming his way so far.
Exactly, and I don't even blame him for not trying for 3 years. She ignored his confession in ep 11, she then…
She was also going to flat reject the guy at the elevator after the timeskip if it weren't for HJP coming along, so the timeskip as a excuse doesn't work either ._.
She never led him on. She sees him as a mentor and also has respect for him for the letters which helped her in…
He said he liked here while mixing her noodles in one the previous ep before time skip (someone will have to point out the exact ep, because i forgot). He then proceeds to say or do thing's in according to this on different instances: like when he tells DM he wants to be the person she thinks when thing's get tough, to wich she responds she does think of him, and he answers he wants to be the first thought...showing not only he is aware of her feelings for DS but also he is willing to share his one. So we have a straight out confession before the timeskip and him sharing his feelings in a honest way after the timeskip: she doesn't utter a word in neither.
She never led him on. She sees him as a mentor and also has respect for him for the letters which helped her in…
Receiving a confession and not giving a answer is by definition leading someone on: without a answer the person doesn't get closure and therefore keeps clinging onto the hope of the outcome (a answer they didn't get to receive) being positive. I could make other points but this one is sufficient

Amen! Also, aside from the fact DM has been pursuing DS...she hasn't done even a fraction of that for HJP. The most she does is say: "thank you" to the multiple times HJP helped her out of affection (wich she conveniently doesn't deny or accept). At this point people are asking HJP to be that guy that keeps pushing when he receives a no. Yes, the no here is implicit due to DM incapacity of turning him down but seeing the girl you like crying because of another guy is answer enough for me.
Same. Plus he's changed so much, idk I feel like he's not himself anymore. Maybe it's just me tho
I do feel like he is mostly the same, although i feel like some of his spirit seems to be breaking the more he realizes he doesn't stand a chance with DM...he gives more of a defeated vibe.
I've seen some HJP fans blaming him for not swinging the bat (taking the chance), but let's be honest here, if you were him, would you have any confidence in your chances? DM keeps leading him on while she cries for another guy in front of him and ignore his multiple honest confessions... Not only that but she prefers to munch on carrots than put a end to his misery.
Although i like the fact HJP came out as the most mature in this episode, i hate the fact he is being used as a plot tool to get the main couple together. But alas, everything else in this drama is like this...
Just finished the episode and i must say: holly fuc* HJP is amazing... his strength of character is gigantic and i am glad the shitty writing didn't torn that apart. From his immediate call to clear things up with DM to his brutally honest response to Yong San question, he's been carrying both the drama AND the main couple in his back without braking a sweat. At this point i think DM is mentally impaired to even fathom a NDS possibility (no offense intended to mentally impaired people).
The clown in me says: those were too many and too obvious to not be relevant for the endgame.
