Every drama will click with us differently. Doesn't make it necessarily bad.....it was just not enjoyable to you and is enjoyable to many.....great rating so it is considered the best out there


I watched this drama and is entertained. It will be a 1x watch for me. I was entertained by the guys.

Very limited romance between them....but much more meaningful in a sense with the history

68 ep

The orginal ending ...is this 68 ep....but all i can find is the 24 ep cut version

I saw the poster n top billing & knew Zhao is the FL

...i didn't watch the trailer and i guess I'm not surprise cuz....the main character (zhao) is in the Poster & is top billing in the cast.....so i knew and can conclude she will get incorporated with more screen time .

It did explain it. She needs to be in disguise...new face and identity because she is the MOST wanted person in the country. She can't go walking around with her face when ppl are out to kill her. She can't do her revenge properly with ppl recognizing her.

Many people read the book(this is also done by the book). I didn't and the explanation they gave was feasible.

This drama isn't anything else than it is suppose to be.

Suspension of belief and silliness....

We can't expect anything less. I'm still entertain. It will be a 1x watch for me.

I like costume drama....i like a good fight scene....battle of wits and physically....my Fav. Nirvana in fire

Those cases mentioned could have been 3 episodes

I understand the whole premise it silly and lots od suspension of belief

-mafia controlling all
-m.l. easily a "detective
-F.L. liberty as a mafia daughter
-ex gang mem as the head of the police....

So....ya...what did i expect....it was exactly as it appears hahaha

I do wish some of the cases were a little longer.

It's a fluff but they don't need to be sloppy cases. Ep 1-11. I enjoyed those cases....it was simple...yet good...possible vampire...disapearing train....

Regardless of this. I am still "entertained " enough. It picked up for me in ep 20 mid way. I enjoy the trio interactions....there's chuckles and i do like F.L & M.L. subtle "romance"

I just started ancient detective.

I'm waiting for more dramas to air.

I can get bored easily....but i will always try a drama if it is interesting in plot that I may like.

It'll with vibe/click with me or it doesn't.

I don't go into any drama with expectations....or read too many ppl comments since we all have different taste ans it vibe differently.

I learn that going into any drama with any type of expectations ALWAYS leaves me disappointed

I like the earlier crimes....it got lamer by ep 11.

I felt they the writer just dumb everything down to make it easier.

Yes....it is a light fluff....but doesn't me the crime is soo sloppy.

I did really like the earlier ep....with the mysterious vampire....ghost train...ect...

My issues is .....the crimes....i need more interesting one. Beginning was engaging....middle was blah....now it seems like it pickes up....but another plot is coming (his fam)


ALSO, IT DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF VIEWERS. There are viewers like me who are not bothered by this and likes it enough.

Again. Kdrama does a great job with the comedy and romance /bromance

This is not a normal romance....i feel the interactions are not consistent.....the personality goes back and forth....they have a heart to heart and then nonsense .....no consistent progression and growth from the characters yet and it is more than halfway.1 step forward and 1 step backwards

I watch to ep 24. I don't feel like it is heavy on romance.....more like silly interactions....i like when they clown each other....but sometime it just silliness ....it's like ok...as it fades out

There is 5 good interactions of progression to me....and then step back to nonsense/silliness. So 5/6 good scenes that indicated "romance ".

This clip....I feel like it won't be seen until ep 30 or more .before they are about to end.

Yup....but those scenes are limited....

Some cases are getting lame....

But 24+....is the added plot line (his fam)

The romance scenes...good scenes are as much as the bromance....5 scenes....

I say drop it....it is not like untamed or SMD....

I dont find her as annoying ad most ppl..... but u can see why ppl would.....

They did a horrible job with B.L. scenes...24 eps...maybe 5 lowkey B.L...bromance
