Fact... RY turn dark. Kill innocent ppl, imprisoned YM...became very vengeful....manipulations (he knew she wasnt capable of love and that she loves XF). He is/was a redeemable character....

They showed them not repeating their parent's past at the end.

If that is me trying to discredit him. Then you're in denial...

The drama to me is to teach a lesson of the past. The parent's didn't learn...

I like all the characters.

The best example of true love is RY bodyguard. She did everything for him. Unconditional love....with no expectations that hebowe her anything for the love she game him. That is true love. She only wantes him to be hapoy.

The different is he Didn’t keep her captive or go against her will. Or kill her dad and other innocents.

I agree they all are grey....but RY cross the line to malice territory with what he end up doing. He became the empress. So no i don't agree with RY being less evil. He forced himself on her and killed innocence ppl.


True love is his Female guard. She love him unconditionally with nothing in return. She did everything for him without expecting anything in return and felt he owe her his love just because she did things for him.

RY did the opposite of that. He forced it on her knowing she don't love him. She imprisoned her. Kill her that....i understand his trauma but that don't excuse/justify it. What he did isn't ok.

That girl is what true love is. Doing all of that for your love...expecting nothing in return

I disagree. It was more complex.

XF he has defend RY from his mom before. What can he really do? There is consequences. His parents still have the power. He can't really defend JM. He loved her and couldn't do much either. Then the story is focus on history repeating itself because no1 learned from the past digressions.

Again things are subjective and ppl will interrupt things differently.

All were flawed characters. But i felt that is the point of the story. At the end we take away a lesson

his love for JM is different.

There are plenty of story where we have SLS. This one isn't it. He turn dark and malice. Cross the line when you manipulate...murder...hold ppl against their will. She begged him to let her go.

I work in mental health. I understand and feel his plight but there is not a justification for his behaviors.

I understand why he did it but doesn't mean his actions were ok. Many ppl are in traumatic situations. It is their choice to either scummage to it ir rise above. A comment above gave an example of that. 2 ppl in bad situation . 1 rose to get a better future and another chose to not do so.

Ignite the shipper? There is some. But i see plenty of bias RY fans justifying and excusing his behaviors like he is some saint and the other is evil.

The point of the story is history repeating itself.

One of the best drama for Male 2nd lead was Doctors. He liked the FL but he backed off because he knew she didn't like him. He told the ML that if he screw up...he'll jump back in thr game.

I loathe love tri...esp...when the person feels like they own the othet character and they owe them. They chose to do nice things for them. That person don't owe you....isn’t obligated to love you just because you love them and choses to do things for them on your own.
