I think the issue with his wife is the control and dominance. To possess. Also it's easier to blame somebody else than to look inside yourself to see what's wrong. The boss is also part going to get paired up with another girl later on in the series. But yes, I agree his actions is the issue. The ml will call him out on that.

I read the novel and I enjoyed it. This is a progression of two people meeting. Started dating. Broke up. Both separated. During that separation there is character growth and maturity. They are reunited again. With the growth and maturity. They progress with each other and support each other.

It took time for her to adjust to the period....but she is aware of the surrounding and situation....the character is a regular "human",

I like thr actor, can't say all his drama hits. But I feel that way with all the actors. Sometime it just doesn't click
