Loved the acting, the cast is brilliant, Katori Shingo is naturally talented, he was genuinely acting himself while portraying the character perfectly.
The music is amazing, the whole ost was really grabbing my attention and adding to my emotions, a very heart-warming, smooth and easily going drama, so balanced in comedy and seriousness, things go unexpectedly different which makes the whole drama an unique ride.
Highly recommended.
It's hard for me to switch that in my brain! the Nishijima in CRISIS with all the blood and guns to the Nishijima in this, with cats and normal peaceful life, It's difficult omg. LOL
Am I the only one who sees lots of holes in the last few episodes? - like so many things seem to be extremely off and not to mention "ridiculous" to me (e.g: how the Queen Park could get to see Wol Myung in the jail where there should have been a very tough guard watching him 24/7?, and so and so, so many other things which will take me hours explaining them), I mean I understand it is only a drama, yet way far to be realistic logically!
It was going better at first, but it lost its taste now.. a bit.
Such a cozy and entertaining dorama! definitely gotta give it 10/10!
Loving the cast and their acting, loving the whole tempo of the story, loving everything!
P.s: There's something about Komatsubara-San, not a very good-looking guy as mush as Gensai-Sensei, yet something about him is so charismatic, right? :)
Ep. 7, that face slap from Yui to Asako, was so well deserved.
I imagined myself slapping her at the same moment when this Asako said what she said! and when Yui actually really slapped her! Man, that was so satisfying!
I just wanna face this woman and ask her this one question!
If you were really able to give birth to your child, then he got kidnapped and someone has done the same to him as you did to Kou (merely for some selfish reasons as you have done), what would you have done then? How would you have lived this 9 years not knowing if he's alive or dead? what would've your life been after this?
Definitely you would've gone so crazy and the whole world would've collapsed before your eyes! and yeah, if you ever could find that person who has done this to your own child, you would've murdered him actually (judging from your aggressive weird personality)!
Love this drama. Excellent performance.!!! Recognition in MIPTV: http://pressroom.miptv.com/press-release-en-2017/japanese-drama-crisis-from-kansai-tv-to-make-international-premiere-at-miptv-0222-6015
I can't take my eyes off Oguri Shun & I started liking Nishijima Hidetoshi as well, that's a real…
Lol, Thanks for the reply.
Well, to be specific, I meant to say in this drama particularly (as for their characters). No offense - but for me, Oguri Shun is one-of-a-kind. I'm going to be brutally biased and tell you that Oguri Shun is totally irreplaceable.
Nishijima H. is playing a decent gentleman's character in this show which I'm very fond of, yet Oguri Shun is kinda a "playful boy" which I don't fancy at all, and that's why Nishijima wins in this (Personal preference), but speaking in general, Oguri Shun's acting can't be compared to Nishijima H. (Personal Opinion also). I have watched Mutsu and I couldn't like Nishijima's acting there, a bit off and a bit cold, and when I saw him here it just felt the same - the same coldness!, yet on the other hand, Oguri Shun is so unique on each role he portrays, each and every time he's a different person and he really pulls it off on every performance!..
Sorry for that but I'm watching J-Dramas since ages and my loyalty for Oguri Shun never lessens, indeed, it deepens everyday.
Lol, I'm not arguing or anything like that, I just wanted to express my personal thoughts!
Thanks again for the comment :)
I can't feel -not even a hint of- sympathy towards the 12 years old Kou or Asako!
The more I watch them, the more I hate their relationship and their personalities.
I can't believe that! the poor parents went through a lot, he came after all these years knowing the blind truth and yet only acting up in a dreadful way with them! and even if he's only a 12 years old kid, he should've felt some kind of emotions towards them especially when knowing how horrible was the life they spent when he was gone!
He's so selfish, that's all I can say.. at some points, I believe it would've been better if he never showed up.....
Eff, I am so pissed off...

10/10 for Hara-chan's awkward smile.
