I honestly don't mind since I enjoyed both aasol and tpr. As long as she is happy with her career I am ok, I end up enjoying any drama she is in anyway. Even though cherry amber is idol drama, it is a bit more serious since it is a daylight production, so I am looking forward to that.

I think it depends on how successful drifting away is. Stand by me is respected by the cnetz, but it wasn't that popular, whereas her recent idol dramas aasol and tpr are not respected but they are popular. If drifting away is as successful as reset, she might do more.

Also she is a child actress and acted in many family dramas (growing pain, my physical education teacher, a little parting). Again, she doesn't have a large fanbase because she isn't a luliang actress, but that doesn't mean she isn't popular. She is literally the most popular post 2000 actress 🙄
