In Ho was dating Seung Hee at the university. He cheated on her when she was abroad and he slept with Jeong Suk and got her pregnant so it led to a gunshot marriage. Seung Hee came back just to see that her boyfriend cheated on her and knocked Jeong Suk up and he married her. She left for the USA. Later after their studies, In Ho went to the USA to do his residency and met Seung Hee again. They got back together for some time and when the residency ended, In Ho went back to SK not knowing Seung Hee was pregnant. She told him but he thought she would have an abortion but she did not. Then years later, she and her daughter went back to South Korea and he started to cheat with her again and learnt about his other daughter. This lasted three years until Dr Cha learns the truth about the affair.
Jeong Suk first kid is the boy Jeong min. Her second kid is the daughter who is younger and same age as the daughter of Seung Hee.
Ending was pretty logic. At least they areall at peace now.
