One of the best fantasy kdrama's since Arthdal Chronicles.
In another hand there are not much fantasy kdrama... 😉 It is a very good kdrama. One of the best of the year for me. I hope this drama and part II can be the starting point of many other fantasy kdramas.

Ep 19 was kind of a let down to me. It was anticlimatic and things like the gwuigu trick or Jang Kang fell flat for me. I loved ep20 which had a much better build up of the tension and climax and the ending of the ep was just really good. I also wanted to cut Jin Mu into little pieces. I guess he'll get what's coming to him in part II.
For all of you already crucifying Go Young Joon for her acting because she is just a pretty face (God bless her)…
I have seen none of her works beside this one. Thank you for collecting this and sharing it. She looks decent as an actress. Hope she will also be fine in comedic and funny situations because Naksu has some sense of humour and fun. So far I can only say I trust her.
It would be bad that Bu Yeon dies but if JSM is not in part II it is unlikely that Bu Yeon survives. I really like Bu Yeon as she is a key character of part I. Killing her and not So-i will annoy me the most.
Agree with you it is not easy to make a show as good as the previous season in a short notice but AoS part II started filming before the end of part I. Means they have their idea, where they want to go and what they want to do. They are all in before the feedback on part I. We just have to wait and see if they were right.
If Jung So Min is still part of season 2, i will blame Producers for using cheap tricks to get hype. Absolutely…
I don't think JSM is in part II. I think in the preview, they introduced Naksu in Go Yoon Jung's face for a good reason. Naksu is back in her original appearance.
Jin Mu wants her dead and petrified and at the bottom of the lake so agree it's not him... Master Lee has no people. Most mage families see her as a danger and want nothing to do with her...
Most likely Jin family because Mama Jin asked Cho Yeon to bring Mudeok back alive. But why they ordered women for the job? Maybe it is Joo Wol and the house of courtesans?
Big mystery. Mudeok's body is saved and Naksu's soul is too but not sure about Bu Yeon. It is possible she dies and Mama Jin develops an hatred for Naksu that she knows was inside her daughter's body.

He is a man and he likes a woman. He has the right to compete and play using the cards he is dealt with or to be jealous. At least he did not side or colluded with Jin Mu so far.

So far he has not showed any evil side. Rather a human side for someone destined to be King. Nobody in his stead would like to be mocked or lied to and anyone seeing the person he/she likes going away with another one would be pissed too. I do not throw the stone at him so far and I do not anticipate him to be the bad guy in part II but who knows...
giving it a 9 cuz for me they ruined crown prince's character, like he did a complete 180 turn in the last episode…
I liked that CP did not side or collude with Jin Mu. He sticked with his own assessment and understanding of the situation and told Jin Mu he could arrest him himself. Jin Mu went into a scheme and rampage via proxy to keep the upper hand but CP was not part of this.
I did not like the way he talked to Naksu but I can understand him totally. He formed a liking for her and he cannot have what he wants to hold on. He is very honest about his feelings but it does not mean he would do harm to her or anybody. It was him being sincere and telling to go very far.
Agree the control over Naksu was too easy but not unrealistic for me.

It is likely Naksu/Bu Yeon are both rescued and they both should be saved and JSM could be in part II at least in a cameo. Just the time to say byebye mama.

I was shocked how easily he managed to control her. I thought the control only happened when you place a curse on soul ejectors which allows you to control the soul shifter created by these soul ejectors but Naksu persormed AoS by herself. It was illogical to me. In the end, I thought maybe it was because of the powder Jin Mu used. What was this powder?Ashes of her own body? I just accepted it but I agree it was too easy.
