SLS is SLS. So far I still like the character. Hope things end well for him too.

It is not stupid for me. It is based on "ghost frequency" and the idea is to develop a system to capture the frequency of ghost voices and render them discernable by human ears in a real time process and send them in a speaker or hearbuds.

There is a movie from 2005 called White Noise about ghost voices being audible after they are recorded on tape. It is the same idea here but improved with recent technology to make it modern and fun.

What a weird drama with so many genres. Maybe too many? The leads have good chemistry together but it looks a little bit everywhere...

The reason of Woori to break up with her bf is that she feels sorry for him. Because her choice "led" him to make mistakes and lie and be reprimanded and become someone she thinks he is not. She also feels responsible for that. But "We are what we do" and he is what he did. Her reason does not stand. She cannot believe she is saving him from anything by breaking up. That's an excuse. It will always be up to him to do the right thing or the wrong one.

From the get go they have communication issues and they are not in sync. I wish we are monday evening so I can watch their actions after the break up...

To me he is self centered. He likes Woori more like she would be a proper partner in his life. Not like she is the center of his world.

Nothing so far. Some vibes of rivalry between Raphael and Kang Jae but Raphael is respectful and only tries to help Woori. As for her, she does not seem to have the slightest interest in him. She is too busy sorting her own issues.

She is a crazy lunatic...

I have a different opinion on him. I think on the surface Kang Jae is very nice to Woori. Always talks nicely to her and he tries to reassure her, says he is on her side... Always tries to correct himself and fix things. But looking at it closely, he is self centered. He leaves her for the job, one train late to propose or he is out of sync with her at the hotel or he missed a key thing planning the camping with her or he simply did the wrong thing lying to her or used the wrong way.

Woori also has her own shortcomings. They are really not a well assorted couple for me. The break up is just another instance of their difficulty to communicate properly.

But nobody asked Kang Jae to do what he did. It was his own choice and actions that he must be responsible for. Woori should not think that it happened because of her and her choice. There is no correlation between the two things. Breaking up doesn't mean he will only be right now. Maybe he will do worse. This tells that these two have communication issues and they are not on the same page.

I think the plots were a bit simplier and sometimes convoluted like in this drama, more conservative plots... Now there is more technology, CGI, more complexity in plots and sub plots, more liberalism?... Society changes. Need to adapt to be in line with the audience.

She does not need to break up. On the contrary she should stick with him and ask for his support. They should both agree on how to deal with it together until the end and they can be together.

Breaking up with the excuse of protecting him it is just an excuse. She is basically getting him out of the picture not to save him but because she consider he will not be able to handle the situation without doing wrong choices and covering them and suffering and lying to her again.

For me it is more complex than "I am doing this for your own good". Its a choice she makes that will contribute to grow them apart if Kang Jae doesn't react properly.

He doesn't even know who is wife really is. Strange to marry a woman you don't even know.

She doesn't need to break up for that. They could just talk it out. The problem is she is taking a decision for both of them and she should not do that. Unless it is what she wants. To be the only one to decide.

We have to see their relationship before the accidental pregnancy and what that event provoked and underlines in their couple. I don't think Kang Jae and Woori are a good match as a couple. Kang Jae does not make her his priority and he is not really attentive to her regarding marriage, skinships, bedding together, going on trips or holidays, having fun... Why he left her to go back to work? The job should not be his priority to shorten his leave when he is supposed to be with his gf.

The accidental pregnancy made both of them show their true colors. He is not really caring of her and attentive to her needs. She is in needs of support and she wants the truth from her partner. I agree the break up is quite sudden. But most shocking is she said she can't stand the sight of him anymore. That's violent. Maybe she really wants to spare him and to not burden him with her own choice that he does not really agree with since he lied to her and acted behind her back.

I am curious to see how Kang Jae will react now...

So far he is not very likeable for me but who knows. Maybe he will become better.

In surrogacy the surrogate mother most of the time has a boyfriend or a husband. They don't mind because all parties agreed it is a transaction.

Woori case is accidental but she should have made it a simple transaction too so Kang Jae would not mind. But she did not agreed with Kang Jae on how to deal with the situation. she did not take the money. And she does not stay away of the intended parents. She is investing herelf too much in this child and it changes her way to see her relationship with Kang Jae.

In my opinion, they don't match as a couple because he is not really attentive to her and they don't communicate well. The accidental pregnancy just highlighted the situation.

To me he does not look close to them after knowing them for 4 years.

Not watched the original but this is very korean drama from 10 years ago. Still fun to watch.

She cannot ask him to love that child as much as she does. It is not his child. But she cared he would not lie to her. Also she must have noticed he is not truly in love with her. Why he left their trip to go back to his work just because she made him notice the meaning of the code on the paper? She is not priority for him.
