Kang Jae did what he did because he wanted to take no risk. That Woori would surely give the baby to Raphael so he (not her) would not have to raise the child. It was a selfish move and he did that behind her back and it showed Woori that he was disloyal and she lost trust in him.
This made her think that Kang Jae never told her the truth that he did not want her to keep the baby. He lied to her. On the surface he is nice and attentive but deep down he does not tell her the truth and he is not dedicated to her like at the hotel or the camping. He basically "dumped" her when they were supposed to share time together.
I don't think she broke up with Kang Jae just because of his lie. I think her new situation has opened her eyes about her relationship with Kang Jae and she acknowledged the piling of frustrations and misunderstandings. After two years, they had little fun. Never went to a trip before the camping. The guy still does not know that she loved with him first meaning they don't have a same understanding of their story.
