😁 Could not miss this one. I rate the two leads as actors and I really wanted to check their new work. Na Hee Do and Baek Yi Jin look two endearing characters. I am wondering how they will end the story based on what we already know after two eps. But I guess it is the whole interest of watching... Finger crossed it keeps being fun and entertaining.
Two first eps were good. A lot of funny moments but also some good emotional ones. The two leads are interesting in different ways. ML calm and wise, trying to recover from a dire situation and find a new dream. FL hanging on hers while she has plenty of character development to make. She is a real ugly duckling. Tomboyish gait and she sits spreading legs like a kid when she is 17. But she has energy and she is cheerful. Will keep watching to see how these two evolve from there.
Watched one ep and despite the cringey acting sometimes, I find the set up of the relationships quite well made... The chemistry between the two leads is pretty good and the ex looks an interesting character...
The drama is a masterpiece. Totally recommend it if you want something with a heavy story and moral gray characters.…
Not a masterpiece but a great drama considering the risks it took: its narration, its context, its rookie lead actress... It is end, it was emotional and entertaining.
I think I’ll be in minority for my opinion I felt the romance was a bit underdeveloped and inconsistent in Snowdrop…
She was never logical with him. She just fell in Love. She helped him because she thought he was a student harrassed by the police but also because she was happy to meet him again after he did not show up her at their rendez vous. Even when he was rude and violent during the hostage situation, she never managed to shake off her growing feelings for him. She talked to him with anger at times but deep inside and in her eyes, she always wanted to believe her heart was right to like this man.
I'm sorry but I just cannot accept that ending.YR suffered the most throughout the show and in the end, she loses…
They said it It s a drama about hope. In the end, she lost everything but she will find Love again. Soo Ho loved her and saved her so she can be happy in her life.
GMP was a terrible drama. An outrageous drama where love is the pretext to the worst behavior. In the end she killed herself to stop the battle and hoping ML will do better. That's silly. When you are dead you are dead so he can do better or worse how will she know? Better to live and see it.
Here he acted to save her so she can live and be happy. Two completely different logic.
Soo Ho knew he would probably die but he wanted her to live and be happy. Maybe they wanted us to see that she took some time to hear the words he could not tell her and remember first and then move on as he wished she would. I liked the scene. It really was about hope. Betters things will come.
Please stop comparing Goodbye My princess with this drama. Goodbye My Princess ' ending was silly and stupid. The guy had debts of blood towards her. He used her for his own ambition killing so many of her people. She killing herself in a hope he would become better is just plain stupid.
Soo Ho and Yoong Ro have nothing to do with the Goodbye My Princess' BS.
There are loose ends but I do not really mind. They are minor issues.
Nam Tae Il ended in jail so his words just looked like defamation to the public. The accusation against her had no gound. Her friends and colleagues survived and they probably testified she did not helped the NK spies against them.
Lee Kang Moo character was the best character of all the charactershe nearly killed himself and his ex girlfriend…
Dr Kang was the best. She was a female version of James Bond working for the NK. Kang Moo was very norrow minded in the beginning and he was a ruthless and reckless cop trying to catch people by any means. The events taught him that everything is not so simple in life. It is a lesson he learnt and it made him better and made him accept that life is not only about chasing but also enjoying the nice things it placed next to you. He is the lucky bastard. Soo Ho was the poor unlucky guy. 10 seconds before or after, his ending could have been different.
Just finished the last episode and I'm so sad despite knowing the ending from the startbut The acting of the male…
This drama has a special place among Kdrama this year. Like it or not, at the end of the day, people will still remember it for its special format, theatre 3 rules of unity, great acting from leading actors, simple and fun plot depsite the touchy context it imposed on itself. This drama took huge risks. Still it was good and entertaining.
