People in love are not always rational or logical and they are often partial or biased in the way they see things and understand them. Young Ro fell in Love with Soo Ho at first sight. This is why she took all the risks to hide him.

After she heard a few words of his actual situation, it took her only a few minutes to decide to fetch her coffee box, find him, grab his arm and drag him to the place she hid him and where they spent time together. This before the kiss shows that she was never logical about him. She is a silly girl in love.

I did not rate him after I watched him in While you were sleeping and Something in the Rain. I thought he was a little bit expressionless. But he is bluffing me in here. It is like he was made for the part.

What is strange is that when she sent a confirmation of orders, her request arrives in Soo Ho's father's hand then she received an order to eliminate Soo Ho. So either Soo Ho's father ordered himself to have his son eliminated or he has access to the information so he can play his own cards on the field. I can only see Dr Kang as his agent/card in his sleeve since she is the only one who arrived in the middle of the hostage situation.

It is one way of seeing it. Yes maybe he is not sure he will be able to be with her and he is asking her to erase their good memories in advance. Or maybe he is daring her to erase this memory of a kiss... It is not so clear so people can choose.

I don't think she will die. I would be very surprised if she dies. She willl live for her brother, her mother... SH... maybe.

It is her first love so she might not be used to kisses yet. It is not so awkward reaction.

For me, Dr Kang and Soo Ho don't have real chemistry since it is a one sided crush from Dr Kang, there is not much cute or sparkling interactions like two souls talking to each other. I like the way Soo Ho and Young Ro look at each other and the fact that they exchange words with two meanings.

I don't think Dr Kang will kill Soo Ho. Because he saved her life. Twice. Once on the cliff and second time in the snow. She won't kill him just to bey orders. I think she will die saving him or Young Ro.

I can understand her but no way I can find her sympathetic. She is foolish but even if you are a fool you have to take responsibility of your actions. And she did a lot of questionable things. I don't feel bad for her at all. Remember she shot at Ms Pi. Good thing the gun was not loaded with any bullet but the intention was there. She shot to kill.

South Korea wants him dead. North Korea wants him dead. His only way out is to die.

I agree about Soo Ho but she does not know it and still she forgave him very easily... Love makes you blind.

I think she fell hard for him the first time and she would forgive him anything. She just heard a few words about him being also a "victim" and his tirade about killing someone and she is already weak in her knees again,.. She looks a total naive girl who fell in love for the first time. Hope it does not lead to tragic outcome...

Ep11 was very lighthearted it gave me hope for a happy ending. Loved the scene at the end and that coffee trick. So convenient isn't? What a cute way to say "- sorry" "- I don't mind".

I kind of had the same reaction. Like she will discover his recording after he is gone... Fingers crossed it is not that predictable....

What you said about incompetence, personal stakes and so on, for me it is mostly the SK side (the 3 stooges Nam Tae Il, Eun Chan Soo, Ahn Kyung Hee) and Joo Gyeok Chan on the NK side.

Don't know what they are going to do the next 6 exp. but I hope the writers will work on these 4 characters and make them more consistent with their intentions. Calling for the assassination of 20something hostages and yelling like someone stole your cookie, this is not really credible.

I don't really notice it is Jung hae In. I like the character for his backstory (what we know about it so far), his kind nature, his physical presence (he does look like a soldier), his dedication to his family and brothers in arms, the feelings he has for a young woman that he can't really hide... I also like him for his weaknesses: he doubts, can't manage an hostage situation, his has brutal reactions, he does not quickly figure what is going on, he is bounced by events... He looks stuck in a situation too huge for him. I hope he can manage to find a way out and survive this.

I think the political side of the story is pretty consistent. NK and SK higher-ups collude to rig a presidential election in SK. Plan fails because SK inadvertently killed the racing horse. NK still wants his money and uses an unexpected hostage situation to push for it when SK wants to use the same hostage situation to gain momentum and win the election. Both sides want the hostages and the spies dead. (Too) simple but efficient.

For me the weak link in this drama is the SK side's middle men and the director of ANSP. They are quite ridiculous and not really credible.

The two leads were a little bit bland last ep (ep10) but I am still invested in them. I want to know what is going to happen to them with all the obstacle they are facing. They are the two only main characters that I think are good persons deep inside.

All the other ones; Ms Pi, Boon Ok, Kang Moo, Han Na, Geok Chan... They can die I don't care lol. Dr Kang is a die hard commie but I still believe in her.

I was never a huge fan of Jung Hae In but I have to say his presence and acting are good here. He fits the role perfectly.

They are the only really endearing characters for me and it is too bad there was not much development about them individually or about their connection in this ep. Ep 10 has seen SH doubting and weak then he changed side but It is not clear if it is because he refuses to kill the hostages or because he thinks his father betrayed him. Hope today's ep is better.

The hostage situation will last more eps. Many things to be sorted between the spies.

Lots of development in ep10 but I felt like it was off. Apart from the one with young SH, I am disappointed by the backstories unveiled. They don't make the character concerned more likeable . I start to loose sympathy for some characters. The only ones I still care about are SH, his injured comrade, YR and room 207. Hope it ends well for all of them even if I am pretty sure it won't be the case.
