Lee Soo is the most unlikable and despicable male character I have seen in kdrama since a long time.

- He is controlling : When they were at school he stopped her from seeing other classmates trying to prank her with the door. He led her in a wrong view of her reality and stopped her from seeing the truth and facing it. This is not protection. This is manipulation.
- Yes he is manipulative : He purposely left his sunglasses to make her meet him again. He looks for every opportunity to be around her beside their work.
- He is overly aggressive : When he stops her by blocking the door.
- He is verbally abusing to put pressure on her: He does not talk to her. He orders and yell at her. Do this, do that, Why you did this, Why you were like that. Don't do that, I don't want you...
- He has no respect : When she is writing on her notebook he ripped it from her hand like he is a bully in middle school.
- He is self centered and only cares about himself first.
- He is two faced : When he wants he plays seducer to appease her or confuse her.
- He has no empathy : He calls himself her friend for 10 years or more but never cared to know how she really felt all his time.

Is this supposed to describe a man secretly in love?

The whole scene in the restaurant gave me the creeps. He is a manipulative psychopath. Some people will say he had a sad childhood. That he doesn't know how to show his emotions or feelings or love. I don't believe it. But I can understand some people call this behavior "love" and some women even fall for it.

But Woo Yeon should better run far from this guy.

There is already a Love triangle with Jin ha Young. hehe. In Wok of Love the girl was in her early thirties and SML was gorgeous so the Love triangle and kiss were ok to watch. Here Ra Ra just graduated. She must be 20 or something and the SML is like 40. It would be weird to watch. I hope Ra Ra won't be tempted.

I surely hope it does not. I would be disappointed if there was a Love triangle between the 3 leads like in Wok of Love. OMG please don't make Ra Ra kiss that old man...

I don't think he is a bad person. It is just that his motivation to be overprotective of Ra Ra is so unclear and the way he forces himself around her is creepy. I mean she says she forgot about dinner and he forces a lunch. She says she in uncomfortable with him and he asks to tag along with her again. He is a pianist but still goes to her academy. He is too smart to not know she will notice he has professionnal skills but he just wants to show himself around her. That's a very creepy way to behave.

I also liked his character in IOTNBO but here, he is a weirdo.

Don't keep your hopes too high. This bad guy is going to hell.

He is ready for anything to make money like when he got beaten up to the pulp for some money. Yes he is very resourceful regarding money.

I think she should end up in jail as she resorted to illegal means to achieve the takeover on Jiang Jun's father's company. As for Du Lei maybe he did not have all the details but he still led the financial operation and made the signing. Maybe she can forgive him and he will have a chance to find the happpiness he did not have as a substitute son. People deserve a second chance but so far I don't have sympathy for him. He is too sneaky.

I recognized her from TKEM. I liked her in that drama. Glad to see her here. I hope she won't be too villain.

This drama sure has some creepy moments. I hate these. Last ep I forced myself to watch the wall behind the TV and not in the well. But it is also a fun drama.

One used drama trope but what I don't understand is why especially when she is a cold person and he is as well.

Yes he is a jerk toying with the feelings of the FL. Supposedly because his parents divorced and stayed friends and never cared about him but this is his excuse only. Plenty of children with parents' issue have grown up to behave better than this clown towards people. But he is the ML so I guess he will improve somehow.

It is understandable durting childhood. Kids are often jealous of their best friend having other friends. But as an adult...

I don't really like this kind of people who control you and people around you or events happening to you because they love you too much. I hope that in the next episodes he will change his behavior since they will not be brother and sister anymore.

Regarding Qiao Na the VP of MH, I did not like her at first and even if she is doing good deeds for Yuan Shuai, I still don't have much sympathy for her. I don't feel like she is a good person genuinely. If the guy dating Jiang Jun was not Yuan Shuai I am sure she would have sent the picture to the HR. I don't ship her with Du Lei because they have the same kind of dark side in their personality. They look like people who like to plot behind the back of others. They could be partners in crime but I don't see them as a couple.

Qiao Na ordered something illegal which led to the death of Jiang Ju's father. Plus she had Jiang Jun drugged for some stupid reason. She is bound to a terrible ending... like.. going to hell. haha.
