In fact I was wrong. Eun Gyeol travelled to 1995 so the past is his future and he can possibly be in an accident and loose his hearing and voice in the stead of his father.

In the past Yi Chan married Cheong Ah despite apparently liking Se Kyeong first. But Se Kyeong left for America and she said she never came back to South Korea before her dad mr Viva passed away. This is why I assume she met her husband in the USA and they had a daughter there.
Se Kyeong's daughter came back with her mom at age 12. She and Eun Gyeol have the same age 18 so they were conceived around the same time. If she is back in 1995 to stop her father who would later meet and marry her mom, that man cannot be Yi Chan. Plus why she bought a plane ticket? She was already in South Korea since she was 12. She lied to pretend she is her mom.
Also the paradox is still here. It is not possible to exist and not exist at the same time. If she prevents her dad and mom from meeting and she is not born, then it is impossible that she prevented them from meeting.
I do not know what her problem is that she plans to hang herself or someone but that hanging rope in her house... It must mean something.

I thought the whole mafioso meeting making poker faces and trying to impress was silly and the cop beating everyone, ok in the 90s in SK maybe but nowadays it looks impossible. But aside from this I liked the progress of the story. The hostage thing is understandable as Ki Chul's was waiting infos about her father and his son in law.
The elevator scene was bloody and fun but not very realistic. I believe in reality they do not let him live. They make him go "sleep with the fishes".

Yes you are probably right. It's just that in the last part of ep2 the guy suddenly took such an importance. I mean... He witnesses her secret and she ends up naked in his bed... I need the next eps fast...
I like the actress too. She is great so far. She brings the craziness and fun in this. He is as usual but it is ok. His character is still endearing. He is better than he was in True Beauty.

Grandfather paradox is she cannot go to the past and kill her own grandfather before he has a child to have her as his grandchild. If she exists, it means she never managed to kill her grandfather in the past.
Same here. She knows her dad and her dad cheated on her mom but if she prevents them from meeting and making her, she does not exist. But she exists so it means no matter what, she cannot stop her mom to meet her dad.
Why her mom would lie to a kid she does not know that she never came back to South Korea? What she gained lying to him? Did she come back and had a kid with Yi Chan? Or with Eun Gyeol? That would be an even crazier idea.
