What a single successful young bachelor will be doing with an old ajhumma who is almost done with her life and will never have kids anymore or work to build a household and a future with him. She is just a former actress turned spoiled immature rich housewife who is bored with her life and her millions because she cannot cook an egg by herself, so she is looking for some entertainment out of her marriage. Can't believe she never knew her son is sick. She was too busy to care probably but still she would consider a guy the age of her son?

This guy and Roy Kim are exactly on the same kind of spot and lucky for Roy Kim, Doctor Cha was mature and smart and she told him the truth.

For me, there was not a lot of memorable kdrama in 2023. Hopefully the last quarter will be different and this one among others, will be good.

I liked her in DYLB and The King's Affection. Can't wait for this one.

Not only it is a sick thing when your best friend is trying to woo or he is seeing your mother in private but when she is still married to your father, it is a total lack of respect for your family and for you because it is not like he does not know.

This kind of friend, if I know he is gazing at the stars with my mom, I would give him two pieces of my mind that would break three pieces of his leg.

FL was head over heels for the SML to the point she had illusion seeing him in her apartment and being rejected did not stop her. But spending time with him, she noticed that things did not click between them. She was annoyed by the self-centered ML at first but their interplay and his weird shenanigans started to make him endearing.

Pretty sure she likes ML now. Proof is when ML sends her confusing messages, she would gladly use SML to say she is also not sure herself.

For me the drama took a dive in the middle because of a wrong characterization of the ML leading to a draggy annoying love square and useless sub plots to develop. Still Hope the drama will finish nicely.

ML should know better. In front of him, his official fiancée pretends to agree to a break-up, but she is just gaining time to do her little tricks to keep him and taunt the FL to get rid of her. The fact that he knowingly accepts that but asks the FL to just trust his feelings while he plays controlling jealous wannabe bf is quite a lousy thing to do. He woke up from that but nothing says he is not going to dive into an even more outrageous hurtful situation for the FL. He pretends he is in control but he is weak.

This drama becomes quite confusing in the middle. Hope the last 6 eps will be clearer and will provide a good ending.

ML is not technically cheating since he asked for a break-up but he still lacks of courage and determination. His procrastination and his decision to spare the face of his official fiancée in front of his family and at her job, this caused a lot of unnecessary issues for the FL.

Her relationships with people improve. Despite the hurdles, she manages to develop proper relations with the people around her. It took me a few eps to like her but she is my fav character now.

If he can time travel maybe she can too. Let's see if the theory is true.

They should have just subtitled it like if the characters were speaking a foreign language. Like they did in the movies La famille Bélier and CODA or the jdrama Silent which also deals with the signs' language. It is weird to hear a voice at the same time. It takes away from them their true reality. They can't/don't voice.

His father is hitting on her but he is supposed to end up with his mother Cheong Ha. She and Eun Gyeol will team up to make it happen maybe.

Another big part of the equation and of the mystery so far is: "Who is Choi Se Kyeong?"

That would mean that Eun Gyeol and Yi Chang will be involved with the same woman as Yi Chan is already hitting on her. It would prevent Eun Gyeol from a romance plot with her. They would become friends and team up to make Yi Chan fall for Cheaong Ah?... and he will travel back to the present to chase after is "former" friend's daughter?

It is too intricated for me. At this stage, I'd rather accept the idea that she is the little girl in black and somehow travelled to 20 years ago and she and Eun Gyeol will have a romance in the past and in the present when they are back.

This part is very unclear and quite the mystery but I guess it is normal after one ep. This is not based on any novel or manwha. So let's see how it surprises the viewers.

Let's hope tomorrow's ep will clarify some things...

Agree. The back and forth with the Viva grandpa is fine but the one with the younger version of the parents 20years ago I just did not see it despite the zero code hint.

But Yi Chan is already hitting on Se Kyeong who is the FL and also Who is Se Kyeong of 1995? But ok, I get now that Yi Chan must end up with Cheong Ah.

Many theories going around just after 1 ep. I hope tomorrow's ep makes things clearer.

But Yi Chan is already hitting on Se Kyeong. For me Se Kyeong is the little girl in black when Eun Gyeol was a kid, who moved on the Viva grandpa's land 6 years later with her mom and her cello. I can't fathom that this girl would travel to the sameplace as Eun Gyeol did and become the love interest of the father and the son? and of the brother too?

What a setting. Can't wait for ep2.

It is strange to me that Yi Chan is the younger version of Eun Gyeol's dad. He is a schoolboy around 15yo. That means the events in the ice cream shop were 20 years ago in his high school days. If we assume it and he is already hitting on Se Kyeong, it means both father and son will be courting the same girl?
