This movie tried to kill me by casting Shohei Miura...who wouldn't fall in love with him really? That being said this movie was really good. I am not often a fan of the teacher and student relationship because it feels like a power imbalance (and sometimes even like the teacher is taking advantage of a naive student.) This wasn't like that at all. The cast did a great job of making the story flow and making it believable (and giving the right amount of moments that made your heart flutter.) Honestly I liked the ending, but I really want to see the other guy get the girl TT...he has struck out in the last two dramas I watched with him in it as well.

I have only watched Good Morning Call and i really want to watch more J dramas. Don't know where to start though…
Did you know they are filming a sequel to Good Morning Call right now? I would suggest hitting the forums and seeing people's recommendations for shows. Personally I would recommend one of my favorite J-dramas 'Suki na hito ga iru koto' if you haven't seen it ^^

hold up, is that one guy her cousin? her mom called his mom sis, and he calls her mom aunt....??
No they aren't cousins. I think it was just how the translator translated the Thai honorific 'P.' P can be used for an older sibling or it can be used for someone older that you are closer with. Think of it like using oppa or eonnie in Korean.

It really isn't. But at the same time, it kinda is. XD
I figured it wouldn't totally be but I am two episodes deep and also it could absolutely be the plot. I wouldn't even mind because it is hilarious^^

Another great article ! I first saw him in '5-ji Kara 9-ji Made' and I really liked him there with Ishihara Satomi. That drama was hilarious but also cute. I also watched 'Boku, Unmei no Hito desu' and loved that as well. I can see why people like him and Kame together because they made a great duo. After I finish the three dramas I am watching now, I am going to take your advice and watch 'Nobita wa Produce' and 'Tokyo Bandwagon' ^^

Love Me if You Dare is usually ok, but certain scenes (especially during the times the male lead was kidnapped…
Thank you for your reply. I think I will try it out and see if I can handle it^^ The premise looks interesting. I am trying to branch out into Chinese dramas and also maybe try something not rom-com ^^

I watch both of them. between the two of them When a Snail Falls in Love is not really all that gory. I mean they…
Thank you for your reply. Sometimes I can handle things but sometimes I can't so I will tread lightly. Both shows intrigue me so I was glad they showed up in an article so I could ask^^

Great article! I have only watched Love o2o and Boss and Me but I want to watch more dramas from China. Can someone tell if Love Me if You Dare, and When a Snail Falls in Love are violent or gory? I wanted to watch these really bad but if they are too violent or gory I can't because sometimes that causes my anxiety to skyrocket.

If you want to watch something as sweet and fluffy as cotton candy this show is for you. There are tons of cliches but this drama manages to keep them fun (I actually laughed out loud quite a bit.) Despite the themes of gender, illness, and revenge not to mention the mafia, this drama still manages to keep things light and doesn't get too bogged down in angst. If you are looking for something super deep or sensical then this isn't for you. If you are looking for something easy to watch in the vein of popular cross-dressing shows like 'Coffee Prince' and 'Hana Kimi' then I don't think you will be disappointed. Bonus points for the chemistry between the leads, and the kisses in this drama, they were off the chart. (Bonus points also for Bii's character Qingyang who was my favorite as well as Bii's songs on the OST which were lovely!)

I like this version of a stalkers guide it was nice to know more about Kame. I just found him this year with his drama 'Boku unmei no hito desu' and I really liked his acting a lot in this. I will have to check out more of his stuff. Thanks for the hard work ^^

What a sweet and cute little drama that anyone can enjoy. Choi Won Myung as Woo Sung was seriously the most precious and adorable guy ever. I hope this actor lands a larger rom-com roll because he was just too cute. If you don't have time to enjoy a full drama this story is 8 episodes only 2-5 minutes and it is a perfect escape~
