LOVED IT! This movie will punch you in the gut and then pick you back up and punch you again!
Ju Ji Hoon is so SEXY I CAN'T. And his acting as always was SO amazing, all his expressions, gestures, tone of voice, mannerisms, *phew*. I fall more and more in love with him with every passing day.
In Chul in this movie was the one in charge, the one who loved and was trying to save his friends till the very end, when that one accident cost these three friends everything.
There's scenes of him with Hyun Tae's daughter, and you could tell she really loved him, and when he insisted on throwing her soiled dress away and immediately said he'll buy her another, for some reason I like that scene a lot.
Without ever being asked, he always does whatever he can to salvage the situation, that's what leads him to do everything to save his friend from being arrested.
All the cast did a great job, honestly, an easy 10/10.
IKR! He does it so well, like he's born in the wrong era. BUT fortunately dramas exist to make him a Prince again…
I totally agree. His face is so perfect, like it was carved out of marble or something. And his voice is so sexy, and he's so charismatic, and his acting has an honesty to it. He could masterfully play literally any role, really.
I firmly believe that two women could love JJH to the extent of going crazy and killing each other because of it. I also believe that a woman could conjure up a perfect man, JJH, and create an imagined reality around his existence. I also loved watching JJH in this, lol.
Funny movie! And JJH can charm literally any woman on earth, he's so damn cute. He was adorable and so smooth with his words (obvs because he played an author, but still) only he can make it look so sexy, instead of cheesy. I also loved the part when that urologist clinic receptionist guy tries to text his father-in-law in a serious tone, but types 'LOL LOL SHIT' and sends it by accident, that was the funniest part.
why woncheol and somi couple is the only couple that didnt end up together TT^TT~~ i ship them together~~ they…
dude that was the only couple not actually in love at all, they were just together for the sake of being together. They did look good together, but that's about it acc to me.
What many miss is that Yul would be like Shin probably worse had his father not died. The scene where Shin remembered…
Yes, Yul was not shown nicely at all, he was too manipulative, and too creepy. And yes, with his arrogant personality, he would have been an over-controlling husband who would've ultimately stifled the princess and made her miserable. He may have had good-ish intentions in the beginning, but he was too selfish frankly, but not nearly as annoying as the second female lead. I haven't seen You Are My Destiny, but Mask is something I'm definitely going to see soon. I'm on a mission to watch all of Ju Ji Hoon's works fromthe oldest to newest, after admiring him in Kingdom, and Antique Bakery. Goong was such a pleasant experience, it's unbelievable that this was JJH's first show!
I really liked this show! The story was well-paced, not too complicated, but all the characters had significant development. Chief Han (JJH) looked distractingly handsome in each and every single episode. How this man manages to make hospital scrubs look so sexy, only he can do it! Another thing I noticed was that the baddies weren't shoved in our faces every second, like what happens in most medical shows. They served their purpose and that was it. Most of them changed their ways, and these people were shown to be ambitious, but not inherently evil or soulless. I didn't really care for the acting of the female lead, she was too tense all the time I think, but that kiss was H.O.T.! Overall, a really good show.
