Ep. 1 was good. I like the concept and I love the judges. What I didn't love was the audience. They passed on a VERY good stage (yal know who I'm talking about) but press yes for that one duo who was off beat ALOT! Smh!
I hate cheating lakorns so why did I watch this.....maybe to make myself mad. Nang'ek and Pra'ek are so selfish it makes my skin crawl. Stopped at 10, probably never going to finish unless I have nothing else to watch. Plus I think his wife was prettier.
Was rewatching and this drama still makes me so mad. Park So Dam had such a promising character and then somewhere along the way she lost that badass female vibe. And Naeun's character had so many scenes. If she was going to have so much air time, they might as well have made her female lead since I couldn't even tell who was female lead towards the middle. But still I watched for Jung Il Woo and So Dam's chemistry.
Can we get Lee Soo Hyuk as male lead please! I love him as 2nd lead but him not getting the girl most times is killing me. I would love to see him in a historical drama as lead.
I do like the overall idea of the drama. Only thing I found very irritating is who is supervising the kid....like he just shows up randomly. And doesn't his teacher need permission to be taking him places that his mother did not ok?
A male harem. Viewer/reader term: A collection of men whom the FL does not choose just 1 lover as to not crush all the hearts of us viewers who are on different male ships.
Am i the only person who is liking the ML, like i don't understand why everyone is hating him
He's a bit obsessive but other than that, def like him too. Been a fan of his since Princess Weiyoung. Even though he was a villain, he was very handsome.
Ep 3 was kind of slow. Ep 4 was a little better. Nothing too exciting on these eps. Hoping this picks up real quick. But definitely loving the playful prince and jealous male lead. I can already tell I'm going to cry for the 2nd male lead. Give him a lover please!!!!!!!
I can't bring myself to watch this again. My sad brokenheart for Jung Hwan. I rooted for him from the start. If only he didn't hesistate and confessed to her earlier. He would have gotten her. I'm still sad asf. Of all 2nd lead heartbreaks, Jung Hwan will always have a place in my heart.
Ancient korean fantasy dramas is not my cup of tea. And the storyline didn't wow me but gave it a try because Kim Yoo Jung is one of my favorite actresses. Lemme just say...Ep 1 was a crazy wild ride. Nothing was boring and the kid actor/actress was phenomenal. Ep 2 was just as good. The plot is moving along well and the lead's chemistry is amazing.
I hope they do well throughout the drama rating wise.
The end with Yod and CK was such a turn off. The fact that she said she would give him an answer when she comes back. When a man makes you feel insecure throughout the lakorn all the way to the end where he says a part of his heart is with Fah, you dump him. If it's me, I don't want no man like that. Yod can find a better man who will love her and only her.
3 happy endings, I will take it. Chujun and Xinnan are so cute on their wedding. And then we have Fu Rou who always likes to say no to Chumu, lol And finally my couple Yan Zifang and Ying Ying. Being a pirate wife shouldn't be bad...lol
I wonder who are still here from the beginning, when it first start airing? I guess those of us who are still…
Me! Here since ep 1. Patiently waiting for the last 3 eps. But I'm waiting for 3 things 1. Chumu and Fu Rou's wedding. And Chuling and Xinnan's as well. 2. Fu Shui and Consort Wan/Yan (Prince Zhou's mom) to die. 3. And finally....to cry for Ying Ying and Zi Fang.
Watched this drama a long time ago but just had to come add my two cent. 10/10 I have nothing bad to say about this drama. Gu Yan Zhen was a delightful male lead character. He's charming, flirty and very protective of the female lead. What is so charming about this drama is the chemistry between the students of the military. We get to laugh and cry with them. And all the side characters were likeable. You'll like Manting. She's the cool type of 2nd female lead and her partner Shen Ting Bai was the highlight for me.
I'm only on ep 52 but if I had to rate this drama thus far, I would give it a 7. The first half is actually a 10 for me. The romance, light comedy, family interaction and the cast chemistry was amazing. It's the last half that I would even have people avoid watching to save themselves from anger. It felt like the director got lazy and gave up. There was really way too many unnecessary scenes and deaths. For ex. 1. How can the empress just kill Queen Han without proper investigation? This was her son's beloved wife. 2. King Zhou literally being a stalker. Like Fu Rou doesn't like you, take a hike. If she did, she would have given you the okay signal. And he always causes problems for Chumu and Fu Rou's relationship. 3. Fu Rou can talk her way out of most situations but can't even explain herself to Chumu. 4. The main couple are apart more than together in the last half. 5. The Crown princess will drive you crazy. She is the type of villain you want to slap over and over again.
51 was such a failure. The moment we all waited for Chumu and Fu Rou to makeup was a flop. Like how did they make up? I can use my imagination but others would think they made up because she gave him thr elixir.
We are done to the last 5 eps. I'm just curious how they are going to wrap everything up in 5 eps. I hope King Zhou's mother dies. I hate her. But then again, I don't like him either. Always blocking Chumu and Fu Rou's relationship. But omg! Why couldn't King Liang and Ying Ying meet one last time. I'm kinda sad now. I love when villains die a bad death but here I'm glad they humanized King Liang at the last moment from a heartless abusive man to someone who has learned what love is.
