I have a few thins to say : First Type seems really exhausting to date. Like I love him and all but his mood swings and not having the capability to communicate gets on my nerves. I feel like ep 8 was a much needed episode though. They really needed to discuss things and I’m happy Tharn wasn’t finally able to express how he feels.
I guess you haven't been exposed to slice of life jdramas, just like you said self improvement is what this drama…
Nah I’ve watched many slice of life jdramas ( I prefer jdramas over kdramas) I just feel as if it’d be a step back for her if she goes back to him. Of course I can see he’s probably gonna change but I’d rather the story be about her growth , then any romance at all tbh.
I really hope she doesn’t get back with her ex, he is so abusive/ manipulative. I’d rather the drama be her finding herself/ self love etc than romance if she gets back with him
Any body that’s reading/ read the manga can you tell me who it looks like she ends up with. I can’t imagine finishing the drama if she gets back with her ex.
This is by far my favorite Japanese drama and maybe drama in general! I've most definitely watched over 50 dramas whether from Taiwan,Korea, Thailand, China and this Japanese one just stands out. The characters played their roles beautifully and it had a healthy balance of I romance, comedy, and realness. The dynamic of the main leads are like no other. I HIGHLY recommend this drama including the 2 specials and 2 movies. The movies really are the best part of this series. It shows the growth and development of the characters through their careers and as adults. You will not be disappointed while watching this series.
a lot of people say this is worse compared to season 1 but i dont agree - it was a much needed season that showed the internal struggles of arhtit and problems faced in their relationship . it was such a great season that it think people who've watched season 1 will enjoy
I saw a spoiler for the drama which kinda ruined it for me so i thought i wouldn't enjoy it as much but was very wrong. Even though there were a lot of moments with tenme and edogawa than here and haruto you could see which fit together better
I'm definitely going to re watch in future years -this was such a wholesome and funny drama. there was a good ratio of drama action and comedy. All the actors were perfectly casted. I've yet to see a Japanese drama as great as this. Such a 10/10 drama
Damn! The ending :’( It is one way to end show but I would have liked it more had there been romantically happy…
If you watch episode 10 of Todome no parallel (which is the spin off of the drama) they actually shows what’s happens after the last episode- it’s practically episode 11
