Zhao Lusi / TCM, /educational / funny / deep

I watched because of Zhao Lusi. That was my first modern drama of her and my first modern C Drama overall.

The Story : I liked the journey of Sun Tou Tou, the relationship between the main characters, the educational part of the drama and, because I am working in the "western medicine", it was very interesting for me to find out more about TCM ( traditional Chinese medicine ) . Truly fascinating, sometimes. Bonus, Corona time in Wuhan.
It was more educational, but with romantic, funny and deep parts too.

Acting/Cast : Zhao Lusi very good, als always. I think modern dramas aren't as challenging for her, because she can't fully unfold all her talent. But she did a good job by portraying Tou Tou.
All the cast did a goof job, and congratulation for Luo Yi Zhou for his first drama.

I liked the music, overall, and I mention specially the songs from Luo Yi Zhou ( ML ) an Yan An- it's nice when the actors sing for their own dramas , and Liu Yu Ning.

I did rewatched already, and I understand more by the second watch.

I liked how they used the 24 traditional Chinese solar terms : throughout the drama, short presentations of the 24 periods appear, with their names and health tips to harmonize the body with seasonal energies, especially regarding diet.

I appreciate that the actors' voices were used , not a dubbing with other voices.

From the cast, I recognized Li Guang Fu , the grandpa, as the master Sun (Si Miao) from The long Ballad, and Zhao Zi Qi ,Cheng Ying, as Madam Chun Yu from Love like the galaxy.

Overall, I found the drama a little bit underrated , but it's also about taste and preferences.

( this was my first review. I hope my English was ok :) )
