the poster looked so good to me omg thank you for this review š
They gave it a try because someone put moving and this show in the recommendations part, so somebody has recommended this show for people that like Moving lol
I'm from Southeast Asia, it's true you don't see bullying often happening, well I was bullied in elementary school…
Depends on the year too, Bullying was way worse in the 90s here in the UK for example. Or maybe not worse, more violent. Nobody had mobile phone cameras as proof of anything, teachers would act way more crazy too, but now the teachers know students have cameras so they avoid anything that could embarass them on camera.
Maybe bullying at school now has more to do with social media etc
this drama was on my to watch list but i can't watch it because of that pedo's face in it
I meant the poster you replied to being the random person. Getting that emotional over random people on the internet sounds stressful to me, the internet is full of people you will disagree with. It's not a good idea to let people control your emotions like that imo.
Anyway I wrote a SUPER long message but then I accidently clicked cancel instead of post..dammit.
Short version, I'm gonna wait a year before judging properly, since I don't know the details and I will look properly at the situation when it's less fresh.
Because I remember other controvesies like the guy from My Mister commiting suicide due to the pressure of a policeman leaking information while the investigation was still ongoing and it turned out there wasn't any evidence
And Narimiya Hiroki getting drug accusations (they even removed his character from a video game called Yakuza 4 lol) but later ends up being false and he was betrayed by a friend that sold a story for money, fans looked at the photo and it zoomed in and it turned out the white powder drugs was a famous sweet snack thing in Japan lol. Anyway that actor left the industry for many years because it upset him, he's finally back now though!
That's cool, sometimes the mistakes of western remakes is trying to replicate something they can't, so doing it his own way without the watching the original was probably a good idea.
Facts. This website's ratings never fail to make me laugh
Yeah it's because kdramas on this site get a automatic rating buff due to fans getting exited about their favourite idols in romance plots, these fans don't use the whole rating scale from 1 to 10 properly, they rate almost evey kdrama a 9 or 10 and a lot of the rating comes from "glazing" the actors looks rather than overall show quality. Of course a lot of those shows are good too, but the general ratings are bloated for sure.
So you really have to look extra deep for all the hidden gems on this site, the more unique kdrama and in particular a lot of chinese and Japanese dramas.
Iām two episodes in and Iām losing interest, I thought this was going to be a more serious toned show but…
A lot of abuse in real life is reacted to with jokes and humour, like how firemen and people in the army who have seen a lot of dead bodies are often making a lot of jokes. Dark humour helps people cope I guess.
There is something special about this drama,it obviously has a lower budget and a lot of the actors were still pretty new, but it somehow comes together to create this very unique atmosphere you don't get in other kdramas. It's just so naturally charming.

I mean getting that upset over a random person in the comments doesn't seem healthy to me. But you can still do whatever you want. It's the internet though, you have to accept that people have different ways of viewing things, otherwise browsing the internet would be real stressful.
Agree with both of you...today people who watching kdramas are watching only because of love couple and who will…
I get what you mean, but it's been like that since forever with kdrama lol. There is a reason kdrama in general automatically gets a rating buff on this site vs Jdrama etc and more unique kdrama. A lot of kdrama fans don't use the whole rating scale from 1 to 10, they just auto rate everything 9 or 10 because it has their fav idol etc
Do you have an example of a better wuxia movie? Your list doesn't show any.
