I mean JaeMin is probably locked up in a hospital for the criminally insane.. SuHyeon most likely went to America…
You should, I read it before the final episode, took me a day. It differs a lot from the drama series tho, I think the drama series made it better. But I think it's worth it, you'll appreciate the references that made it in the drama. Also the special chapters are really sweet.
I ain't kidding, what's the name of the song when they had their dating sessions on the final episode? It was also in episode 1 and episode 4 when they kissed. It starts with 🎵I hope I can love you more, every morning, ... 🎵
PLS SOMEONE HELP FIND IT! That song if so freaking good!

In the manwha there were five special chapters. It shows Da On and Seong Hyeon's love life after the main series ended. The chapters themselves are actually very cute and it also explains why the series is called "Secret Relationships". If they adapt it, it would probably be more of a special episode or mini episodes or even a movie + they can always include more backstory of Da On with Su Hyeon and Jae Min. In the manwha they showed more of their college life together.
I haven’t seen The Time of Fever but the rest of those I’ve seen and are all very deserving of recognition.…
As for Semantic Error, I think why it's so scored by many people, it's because it's the probably most known KBL series and most recommended out there to watch
Note to everyone: I said this once and I’ll say it again, If they ever do a remake/retelling of the popular kdrama “Boys Over Flowers”, Kim Jun Seo, Cha Sun Hyung, Kim Ho Young & Cha Jung Woo would be AMAZINGGG casting. They already embody those personalities and have the best dynamic as the male leads cast. They basically already laid the groundwork with this series!
Overall thank you WATCHA and everyone involved for making the series “Secret Relationships”. Watching the episodes every week has been the best time of my life!! I’m gonna miss the show and the comment section 😢 This will be in my top 10, no top 3 best BL drama ever!!
Kudos to everyone involved the series, they did an amazing job! Especially the main cast Kim Jun Seo, Cha Sun Hyung, Kim Ho Young & Cha Jung Woo! 👏👏👏👏 Please support them and this series ❤️
After reading the manwha and watching the final episode of the series, I have to say, as a casual viewer, this show is a masterpiece 10/10 🔥 The acting, OST and cinematography again are phenomenal!
Shin Jae Min is probably the craziest moth*fuck*r in a BL show I’ve seen so far, the fact that’s he’s willing to unalive himself and Daon by self-immolation is freaking insane. I’ve never seen a character go so far!! And in the name of “love”?!! He will go down personally for me as probably the best villain in a BL show so far. He’s manipulative and cunning.
I liked that Su Hyeon eventually learned his mistake and let go of Da On. The final episode made him a bit redeemable.
As for Seong Hyun and Da On, those last 10-15 minutes of dating era, WE NEED MORE OF THAT!!! Are u freaking kidding me?!! I PRAY TO GOD TO WATCHA TO MAKE AN EXTRA SPECIAL EPISODE OR MOVIE OR EVEN A SECOND SEASON FOR THAT MATTER!!! THE MANWHA HAD SPECIAL EPISODES WHICH THEY COULD ADAPT IN THE SERIES!!! WE NEED THOSE!!
Some cons: I feel like the story could’ve been a bit better. This show would have benefited from a longer runtime and longer episodes to showcase more backstory from Da On, Sung Hyeon and Jae Min when they were in university and how their dynamic were there for example, and more interactions tho, Seong Hyeon and Jae Min barely interacted, etc.
As of today Friday 21/03, "Secret Relationships" is the third highest KBL (series+movies) rated on IMDB. 👏👏👏
1. Love in the Big City (2024) ⭐8.8 (1.8K) 2. The Eighth Sense (2023) ⭐8.7 (1.7K) 3. Secret Relationships (2025) ⭐8.5 (125) 4. Semantic Error (2022) ⭐8.5 (5K) 5. Match Play (2024) ⭐8.4 (40)
Okay, I’m a little late but WOW this episode was wild! Jae Min’s gaslighting was on full display, and Da On is still stuck in his own head, thinking he can’t love anyone and no one can love him. It’s honestly so sad. And can we talk about how bad he is at making decisions? Like, stand up for yourself, bro! THINK, Da On, THINK!!! Su Hyeon is getting more antagonistic, and at this point, he’s hard to redeem. Meanwhile, Seong Hyeon just wants to be there for Da On, but he’s so close to giving up. I feel for him, though, he clearly still cares about Da On.
Also, Mr. Pink Psycho Butter Knife Man? He’s definitely not gone—he’s the main antagonist for sure. Su Hyeon needs to get over the past. Da On already made it clear he doesn’t want him.
Seong Hyeon and Da On? ENDGAME baby we gettin there 💛💙.
The acting and cinematography were on point this episode 🔥🔥. Also, that epilogue with “Please Let Us Be Together Until The Day We Die”… yeah, someone’s not making it out alive next episode. And lowkey, they need to make a special episode or even a Season 2 for Da On and Seong Hyeon’s love life and even more backstory.
PLS SOMEONE HELP FIND IT! That song if so freaking good!
