So id heard about the directors overuse of the same song until it became irritating. Only 4 episodes in and I get it.
I didnt realise the bad ending of Ep 4 would impact me so much. I think im gonna bail on this one. I really loved Ep 1 and 2 but I dunno it lost its spark quickly. There is a difference between realistic and flawed and ridiculous and flawed. The FL, her brother especially, Sejin and to some extent that creepy prof are all veering toward the ridiculous. I watched the start of Ep 5 her (FL) just take a call and walk out without barely acknowledging ML after mauling him and I just thought mmmmm more ridiculous than real. Following hot on the heels of the ridiculous i show you mine you show me yours and woeful crying on the leg scene. Followed by jump kiss end of ep 4.
Is it so hard to write flawed characters without overdoing it to the point they become silly. I liked the imperfect nature of the leads esp FL in 1 and 2 even 3 for a while. I liked her a lot. But now .....
