tbh I think she was afraid to break up hes been gaslighting her and calling her selfish noone would go out with her shes hard to go out with. Pretty mean stuff. I still feel they are over doing the staring and romantic music when the leads meet. The ML still thinks she has a BF but his boundaries are very bad.
