This show started off well, but after the wedding episode it just went downhill and unfortunately never picked up again. Meh, my JuniorMark deserved better.

It hurts just to think about this series, it was sooo good. Such a shame we'll never get to watch the 2nd half of their love story :(

Agree with all these comments tbh, we were all looking forward to watching Pai's reaction to the big reveal and it was believable at first when Pai just stands there all stupefied but just in the next part he kinda gives in because of a damn lizard? Tf? So lameee. I get it that it's a romcom but we deserved atleast one episode of shock and hurt and Tim getting his ass kicked but no he managed to laugh and grab Pai to shower kisses on his face by the end of what was a supposed to be a highly anticipated heartbreaking episode. Bad direction all the way. Totally agree that JuniorMark deserve way better after having acted and expressing every emotion so damn well in perfect 10 liners. The scene where they finally confess and get together was way more emotional in P10L compared whatever the heck happened in today's ep in this series.

Tbh ever since the pilot trailer was released I had very little expectations from this show but after watching jumark in P10L I fell in love with their chemistry. Thought to give this show a chance just for them and they really did carry it so far but they can only do so much with undercooked script, half assed screenplay and poor direction. They can do so much better but they were underutilized this time :( and this director might never redeem himself. Sad to know that a great story like 17th spring went to him this year.

They already canceled REPLAY(taynew, pondphuwin, jossgawin were supposed to be in it) but the author of the novel it's based on is extremely problematic so it makes sense that they scratched it.

Agreed, but there are some couples who could've gotten the opportunity to work in an already planned show, but yeah, I get it.

Me too!! Infact I think this is the hottest, most aesthetic pilot poster out of all the line-ups. I hope they don't downgrade the actual poster when the show comes out.

Okay so I was worried until the 4th episode about how TimPai are nice to watch but still problematic because Tim is a scammer, however the 5th episode has changed things a bit. Not much happened, it was kinda slower compared to other eps. TimPai were always a delight to watch but I'm still conflicted because Tim has chosen Pai for real and dropped his plan to take his money but does that change the fact that his intentions to start dating him were not pure? It'll still hurt when Pai gets to know he wasn't initially chosen because of who he is, but because he is rich. Yeah Tim eventually fell for him but what if he hadn't? It's not the same as dating someone out of love from the get go.

On a side note, the moment Tim chose his feelings over his scamming plan should've been more effective. The way of showing he is choosing Pai over everything else could've been sweeter. Just my opinion. But I do agree it was more realistic without the fantastical fireworks and butterflies.

Couldn't agree more!! TayNew are worth every single hurdle, I just wish for once we get things the easy way and not without one thing or another going wrong. Hoping they do get another show for this year too❤️

There are such scenes in the next two episodes where we can see Tim really cares for Pai. One is almost exactly what you mentioned. I love TimPai together but Tim doesn't deserve forgiveness.

I didn't say that him being exposed is what is rushed. The scenes in 4th ep did not feel as good to me and seemed weirdly edited and didn't make me feel a connection with them as characters. You won't get what I'm saying and you don't need to. I expressed my opinion here because I like things to make sense and certain scenes felt forced and out of rythm. If you don't get me it's fine we're both entitled to our own opinions.

I did understand the part I'm just being unserious. You don't have to take everything so seriously, it's pretty clear in my comment that I'm making a light hearted commentary so chill out, lol

Actually Jinta's character in cherry magic gave me so much ick lol I know he was supposed to be cringey but I found it off putting and that was the first time I saw Junior so I didn't really bother. I was mainly focused on TayNew, they were doing a bl after years afterall hehe. But then I somehow bumped into a perfect 10 liners edit and saw how cute JuMark looked so I gave just their story a try and omg they just won me over with the natural chemistry!! Yes!! They have a certain spark that seems effortless like it's just there, everything just clicks ugh I love them!! They're killing in my romance scammer too. I'm excited for their next project(twenty one) already haha

Yeah I get that but in episode 4, Yu and North's scenes are quite rushed. I feel like the editing as well as direction could've been way better. It's not entirely OhmPoon's fault, the scenes sometimes feel disconnected and too fast paced to feel anything. That's what I'm pointing towards. Maybe the next episodes won't be as sloppily edited. Yes, TimPai are already dating for a year but their dating era was fast paced too, we went from first meeting to marriage proposal (a whole year) in just half an episode and yet they feel so natural as if we really saw them dating for a year( we never did hehe)

JuniorMark as TimPai look natural and there's continuity and things are actually understandable and not confusing like YuNorth. The direction could've been way better with OhmPoon. They're a new pair afterall. I think they didn't do OhmPoon justice with the choppy editing and rushed scenes. Nothing feels genuine. I can't tell if Yu is falling in love or just pretending because there is no clear demarcation between his emotions and that's bad direction because with Tim we can easily tell when he's getting concerned about falling for Pai and failing to keep his facade at times. There's also much difference of chemistry and organics between the two couples.

I didn't know JuniorMark will grow so much on me. I found them meh in Cherry Magic but they were amazing in perfect 10 liners, I don't even like such cliché college setting but their chemistry there was so surprisingly sizzling so I watched only their parts. And they're proving to be really good in this show as well. I never thought I'd start liking them this much but I really do. I hope they keep growing because dare I say their chemistry is so much better than certain overhyped gmmtv ships huehuehuehuehue (don't come at me)
