That’s reality. The drama is reality based. Moreover love in the real world is closer to what is portrayed here.
I never denied it, in fact I acknowledged it. But that’s not always my preference in my fictional dramas. In dramas it can feel slightly bland sometimes. That’s all. Appreciate your comment though.

EP4 - Very entertaining so far. Then again dung beetle isn't in her full glory yet. EP5 - The ML is very dumb when it comes to SFL. The FL has a lot of growing to do.
Reminds me of my childhood in my family's farmhouse. Slow and peaceful. My gripe is with the romance, and nothing to do with the speed of development at all, but the dynamic was quite bland... it's just like seeing a very normal everyday couple develop, nothing that makes your heart flutter. That's alright and all, but a little below my personal preference. 9.0/10

Hello! I don’t really remember now but I’m thinking it’s a hard shot to find all the EPs subbed. Aside from the fact that the quality of the video must be highly questionable ^^’ I found the unsubbed version. I’ll DM you.
My rating for this is significantly lower than the 2017 version. This is not because this was worse in comparison to the more recent remake, but because I as an individual have changed in the course of these years.
This time around I find the ML's "our sin we need to face our sin blah blah" even more annoying and full of sh*t than last time. In addition to that, I also find the villain's actions even more disgusting and unreasonable.
Moreover, in this version I really did not feel the love between the ML and the FL unlike the 2017 version.
Otherwise, I'm sure this was just as good if not better than the 2017 remake. Therefore, 8/10

EP1-3 - FL moved into the village as a teacher - ML is a doctor who inherited a Tiger God spirit as a child - This spirit was supposed to go to the tribe's chief's son - But the tribe chief was dying so the tiger spirit chose ML
ANYWAY - ML and FL have close encounter on her first night in tiger form - FL gets injured in this entire encounter - ML is also the village doctor so he heals her - ML and FL slowly get attracted to each other
- But ho ho ML had a past lover who was so terrified when she found out he can turn into a tiger God that she accidentally fell off a balcony and expired
- The tribe aunty that stays with ML tries to warn him against this attraction when she notices it.
- ML says that the FL isn't like the previous girl and is braver kek
- The tribe people hold a meeting now that ML likes FL. They don't want the tiger spirit to continue being inherited by outsiders.
- The kid who was supposed to be next in line decides to kill ML to maybe get the spirit back.
- Meanwhile, a researcher comes into the village trying to do what scientists do to every unique thing :)
- Also meanwhile the most influential person in the area wants to do deforestation and turn the forest area into a resort lmao.
- ALSO another villain is this crazy shaman man who wants to take revenge on the tiger spirit for accidentally offing his son.
This is going to be eventful:)
EP4 - END
- Tribe tries to keep ML and FL separate and show them how dangerous their love is *rolls eyes*
- ML begins to first feel paranoid about keeping FL safe and asks her to move in with him, then asks her to marry him. She declines both times cause she doesn't want that to happen just to keep her safe.
- ML thinks he's dangerous for FL when the crazy shaman begins to target FL to get to the tiger king.
- ML saves FL from crazy shaman and thinks he died.
- So when FL thinks about it and realises she doesn't want to lose ML and wants to agree to marriage — ML tells her he's changed his mind. He breaks up with her.
Like where the hell was this thought when you first began to pursue her?
- FL is inconsolable and SML (next in-line kid) is there to support FL and cheer her up. - Meanwhile ML has gone for a community visit with the SFL (who the tribe wants him to marry and have baby with in order to pass down the tiger back to their tribe)
- FL gets determined to find out why "ML can't be with her" or "Why she doesn't deserve him" and sneaks into his house. She sees him transform and then all bloody.
- This not-together nonsense continues until the last 3rd or 2nd EP when a couple of people pass away and the Shaman returns.
- FL has to move into ML's house to be kept safe.
- Shaman sneaks into ML's house and steals a dagger than can kill the tiger King
- By this time FL also decides she doesn't care ML is half tiger and may not have control over himself when he's in that form. So when he's injured one time she walks into his bedroom and tells him she wants all sides of him and loves all sides of him.
The two tango in bed while ML has yellow eyes and is clearly in both human and tiger state of mind.
- The tribe ties the ML together when the shaman and this other poacher rich man band together to bring the Tiger King out and kill him — just to keep him safe.
- But someone else dies and the tiger king + ML begs FL to let them go if they really love them.
- FL lets them go.
- ML gets stabbed by the dagger and dies.
- FL and tribe do a ritual to send FL into afterlife to bring both back.
- FL succeeds.
- SML & SFL also realise they like each other and not the main leads.
- They make a deal to pass the tiger back to the SLs baby when ML dies.
THE END. 7.5 / 10 [+ .5 for Tono] = 8/10.
THINGS I DID NOT LIKE
1. The actress's choice or how the director directed the actress to portray FL. I've seen the actress in another show, and in both shows, it felt like I was seeing the same person. This is because she has a very stiff face and her acting is monotone. I'm sure another actress could have done a better job at every scene.
2. While the SFL's transition into loving the SML was very well done as she really didn't know what love was and only wanted to be with ML so desperately because that's what she was fed — the SML's transition to loving SFL fell short of abrupt and quite compensatory in nature.
Like oh i couldn't get my first choice so let me just take this option instead since she's offering herself.
3. Obviously I didn't like the tribe trying to control who the ML was with and all that nonsence but what can you do lmao. This wasn't as annoying as the above two though.
4. There is no mention of the FL's past or background.. and if there is it wasn't standing out enough for me to notice... this was very weird to me lmao.

MINUS 2 points because The promise of the plot was there, but something more spectacular could have happened. I didn't like the acting of the FL character... too stiff, too unattached, the emotional capacity of a wood that sometimes leaks tears. I think I'm being too harsh here but anyway.
It's not bad. But not amazing. Just watch it for the fantasy aspect and Tono.
